Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. It measures 90m² and is surrounded by nature. The accommodation has two double beds and two single beds, a large kitchen (ground floor) and a small kitchenette (upstairs). We are currently undergoing renovations, so there are no photos of the other rooms yet. There is a terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. There is also a small balcony with tables. IMPORTANT: Reservations can only be made from September 1, 2025.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation.
