You will stay in a cozy apartment near Trier! On a generous 50 m², a fully equipped accommodation with all the comforts awaits you. In about 15 minutes you are at the city bus in the city of Trier - the oldest city in Germany, while the highway connection is ideal for commuting to Luxembourg. At the same time, you have a perfect starting point for exploring the region.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain rushes on the roof= advantage and disadvantage?

Bus line 1 stops just 350 meters away (Barbaraufer).
