We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

Our stay at Angela's place was absolutely fantastic. The moment we walked in the home gave that warm cabin cozy feeling. We were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Angela was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for a large group to visit Sunapee area. Cassandra was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, neat, very well stocked, and had plenty of space and things to do.

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

Beautiful old New England farmhouse, remodeled to be comfortable and modern but still retain its character. Nice kitchen - able to bake a birthday cake with one grandchild and lasagne with another. Particularly enjoyed the art throughout the house!

We needed a place for my daughters graduation at New England College. This place was 10 minutes away and beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, sitting on the screened porch, playing board/card games provied, and smores. The bug spay, repelent candles were much appreciated, and fishing poles a bonus. My 4 yr old neice caught her first fish and had her very first ride in a kayak. We made memories of a lifetime. Highly recomend, very relaxing/beautiful and family/adult oriented.

Karen is a very responsive and friendly host. The house is all on one level and if one is senior the one floor living in helpful. The place was very well kept and very clean and had everthing one would need for a nice getaway. There is a restuarant in walking distance and one could walk along the lake road right outside the door. In the winter the house is 8 to 10 miles each way to snow skiing mountains and another 8 miles away to food shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

It was a great two week stay.. I enjoyed being at this lake house. The lake is across the road, and pretty to look at on the balcony. The clear view of the lake walking and driving in the morning was very peaceful. His dock is the nicest in comparison to his neighbors. Kitchen was very well equipped, top notch washer and dryer, excellent lighting , beds and linens were comfortable, couch was large, easy to sprawl out and take a nap. Michael was available and easy to communicate. The high reviews are true, he cares and is thoughtful . I look forward in future stays .

We were blown away by the kindness of Alyssa. I reached out in advance to see if they had fishing poles my boys could borrow- she had them waiting with bait! She also had s’mores ingredients waiting for us that left our boys overjoyed. The little extra’s meant so much to us! Thank you!

Lovely comfy home with great views out onto Chalk Pond and convenient for exploring around the Sunapee region. Rob was super responsive and was so gracious to allow us to check in a little early because we were traveling with our little one. Would absolutely stay again!

Rachel was so accommodating and helpful. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and she quickly helped me change them, no questions asked. The cabin is in a great spot. Unfortunately it rained 24/7 while we were there so we didn’t really get to enjoy the lake like we wanted to. But we did enjoy the fireplace on the chilly mornings! Thanks Rachel!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

This is a great property in a relaxing, quiet place in nature. The views were beautiful. There were many things to do outdoors, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The hosts were responsive and stayed out of the way. I highly recommend this AirBnB location.

We had a great time at the cottage. The view from the living room over the lake is amazing — very peaceful. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The cottage was very clean and cozy, a perfect place for a relaxing weekend for a small family.

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too! Granny camp was comfy, cozy, on a beautiful lake, with lots to do in surroundings areas. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you!

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely winter weekend at Sunset Lodge. The cabin’s proximity to Mount Sunapee was perfect for a day of skiing. Relaxing in the cozy cabin and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was also time well spent. The homeowners clearly put a lot of thought into the decoration and care of Sunset Lodge which we appreciated. Suzanne is a great host, reaching out with details for a smooth arrival and check in experience. We can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here in the fall or summer and would love to return.

Natalia’s home was beautiful! We stayed for a winter ice fishing weekend with a few couples, including dogs and babies. The home was right on the ice, which was perfect for our purpose. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The living room seating was particularly great- everyone always had a comfy spot to sit. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay at Grateful Ledge! Audrey and Josh were excellent hosts, and were very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The home was clean, open layout, modern and very comfortable. All the comforts of home including a new Weber grill. Off the beaten path with a private and peaceful location. Would stay again.

Everything about our stay was great. Kelly was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The cabin is nestled in the woods. It was a perfect family weekend getaway. I highly recommend the cabin.
