Vacation rentals with a patio in New Tampa

Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

The place was nice and just as I had expected from the pictures! The host was very responsive and helpful. There were also a lot of peacocks in the neighborhood which was cool.

Love staying at Anna’s place! Perfect location! Definitely recommend this place and will be coming again!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

There is a second room that is adjacent to the common area but you still have COMPLETE privacy to your room and kitchen and bathroom. I plan on booking both rooms my next trip with my buddies cause this was just PERFECT. The outdoor common area was so cute and photogenic. Nice and private and very peaceful. No noise whatsoever.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

My husband and I loved Efrain’s place . It was very close to our son’s home which made it wonderful. The place was very clean , close to restaurants, very comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely try to book his place again.

Priyank was the absolute best host. Very prompt at responding, kind, and easy to speak with. The house was absolutely stunning. VERY clean, modern, cute and quaint. The little things matter and made us feel at home (paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, tissues, vacuum, water bottles, accessible remotes/tvs, extra pillow/blanket, bathroom needs, and so much more). Those small amenities and going the extra mile are what I will remember and make me want to come back. Felt safe in the area, price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a nice, clean place that is reasonably priced. Very easy check in and out. Cant say enough good things about this Airbnb and Priyank. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be coming back to stay here!

Overall, beautiful place 😍 The pool and the hot tub were the best parts. Andrew was also very responsive. There was a bit of debris coming out of the air conditioner onto the bed but Andrew gave us access to clean blankets right away. All beds were comfy, the sofa was comfy, and access to the washing machines made the entire stay comfy. Highly recommend booking this place with Andrew. Only downside is we didn’t extend our stay for longer.

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Davis’s place was welcoming, super clean, and convenient. The backyard had a putting green, tiki bar, and fire pit, just wish we’d had the time to take advantage of those amenities. We hope to be able to return to the area again and if so, will check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

My husband and I brought our teenage daughter to stay at Lu’s for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was spotless, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with anything one might need. There was easy access to the beach and restaurants, but the best part was just relaxing by the windows overlooking the intercostal. I loved seeing all the different birds go about their daily routines and we also saw several dolphins swim by! We took advantage of the pool which had plenty of deck chairs and was never too busy. It was also nice to cook in the well appointed kitchen or use the grill by the water. We met several nice families living/staying in other units who were all quiet and respectful of the space. I would also recommend walking to the beach to take in the sunset. We hope to return in the future! Thank you Lu!

Alison’s place was perfect for the two of us! The studio was very clean and we had an easy check in. The balcony, pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely stay here again!

Matt’s place is beautiful … it is exactly as pictured… his place was clean well equipped and easy to enter… the pool and jacuzzi was perfect early mornings before we went out!… the view is everything, and was such a wonderful thing to wake up to everyday… Matt’s place had everything you’ll need to cook.. it was a total 5 stars if i could i wld gv it 6!!!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. The ~Shore Thing~ is an absolute sure thing to have an amazing getaway in Treasure Island! Rachel does an AMAZING job to make the condo experience absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there 3 times and have already made plans to book again next Spring. The place is spotless, impeccably decorated, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals and there a lots of great restaurants in St. Pete. Rachel is great to communicate with and makes checking in and out a breeze.
