Oldie, but Goodie

Enjoy the countryside at this oldie, but goodie farmhouse. Relax in an 1815 unique and family-friendly place that has all the character with new amenities. NOT ADA accessible because of the steeper original staircase. With 3 acres to roam, enjoy a campfire under the stars before a good night’s sleep on quality beds. Back country roads will get you to Gettysburg quickly. Minutes from Route 15 and historic Lincoln Highway (Route 30). Kids will enjoy granite boulders just like on the battlefield.

The Hen House Cottage is a tiny house located on an historic farm in central Maryland. It is surrounded by six acres of beautiful pasture and gardens. The Cottage has great light throughout the day, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee grinder, coffee maker, large fridge, etc.), a full bathroom (with shower), a sleeping area with a comfortable queen-sized bed, dedicated (free) wi-fi, a smart TV, blue tooth sound system, and an eclectic library.
