House vacation rentals in New Marlborough

We had a lovely time with our family! We were with 2 young children and my elderly father who cannot walk well (uses a walker). The house was perfectly designed to accommodate my father and had great living areas for us to spend time together. A very cozy, warm and welcoming home (with lots of amenities!). Yael is a very friendly, responsive host. We’d gladly come back for another winter or perhaps a summer stay! Thank you Yael!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

Beautiful home! Extremely clean upon arrival and excellent communication. Everything in the house was clearly labeled and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Sadly it rained our entire stay so we could not enjoy the pool or the beautiful backyard, but we still had a lovely stay. We hope to come back soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

Meredith’s house is absolutely great. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and living room, very spacious. It is adjacent to a very tranquil river and has a big back yard. Getting into the area was a bit difficult due to some serious roadwork, but once we were there, it was splendid. Meredith is super responsive and a great host. Would come back!

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s place. The house is spacious and full of charm, nestled in lush greenery that made the stay even more relaxing. Michelle was incredibly friendly and responsive, and we felt right at home.

We were in the area for our son’s graduation. It was the perfect place to stay as a family for a few days. Highly recommend!

We were happy with this AirBNB and would stay here again. It was nice and quiet but a very short drive into Great Barrington. Close to lots of hiking. Updates have been made since some of the previous reviews. There are two couches in the living room and some of the stock items in the kitchen for convenience.

The location was peaceful and beautiful with great local restaurants, farms, and hiking. The reservoir was a nice amenity with the kayaks and canoe. The house was well maintained and comfortable with pretty views on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay

Kellen and Samantha's home and property are very special--a wonderful location for a restful retreat in nature that is also a short drive to several charming towns in northwest Connecticut. The hilltop site offers breathtaking views of surrounding mountains, valleys, and forest. The residence sits atop a long driveway off a gravel road so is serenely quiet and private. Inside, the space was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortably furnished. The shower, bed, towels, and linens were all particularly fantastic, as was the full kitchen which allowed us to cook nightly. The area is exceptional for hiking, culinary delights, and all sorts of shops. And our hosts were proactive, helpful, and clear in all of their communications. We really loved staying here, as did our dog, and we hope to return. Highly recommended!

We stayed here on our way to Stowe to break up our long drive with an 8 and 2 year old. It ended up being a wonderful mini trip that we didn't want to leave. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness, and amenities. And the location was excellent - about 10 to 12 min to the nearest grocery store and downtown with restaurants, Edith Wharton's estate about 20 min away, and Great Barrington/Stockbridge were easily accessible for day trips. We plan to come back for skiing, and to take advantage of the lake activities in the summer. The only downside was the busy road, as mentioned in the listing, but the traffic quieted down in the evening and it didn't affect our sleep at night with the bedrooms located in the back of the house (husband is a very light sleeper; we did bring and use sound machines just in case).

this place is magical. my sisters and I have stayed here twice now, for her wedding and now for mine. both times the home has been clean and the overall experience has been wonderful.

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

Such a perfect house and a perfect stay! We did a midweek stay just to relax and couldn’t have had a better place to do so! The house is beautiful and so clean. The kitchen and everything you need to cook or grill (or make cheeseboards which is what we did). It’s super private and quiet and the back porch is the best. We loved having coffee on the porch every morning. Very close to downtown GB and plenty to do and see! Clear instructions and details about everything in the house and we got to check-in a little bit early. Hope to stay again!

We stayed at the Kellogg House for 3 nights in February while on a ski trip. The house is as charming as in the pictures! It's very nicely designed and set up! Very very kid friendly! (We had 2 kids, ages 7 and 2.5). It was fully equipped with everything we needed, from crib, kids books and toys, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels etc. The house was close enough to Butternut Ski and to Great Barrington town, so we were within 10-15 minutes of everything we needed. Sabina and Chase were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Great place to stay in the area!
