Vacation rentals with beach access in New London

It was a lovely small place for the week that I stayed! The river nearby was lovely to walk to and look over as well as the double covered bridge! Absolutely beautiful. Rebecca was super nice! There is some sound from the nearby highway that you can hear, but it wasn't overpowering.

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

We were able to get the dock so it was great for easy boat access, great spot will be returning

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

the place was very peaceful and private. was nice to look out the window and see the farm animals across the street. wade and jean were very friendly and accomodating. lots of things to do nearby. totally enjoyed myself. i would definitely return.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, fully stocked, great for families! We really appreciated the comfortable beds, array of games for kids and the multiple living rooms. Kids loved all the space to play inside and out in the yard. Highly recommend the neighborhood sledding hill if you’re there in the winter!

This house was great for a large group to visit Sunapee area. Cassandra was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, neat, very well stocked, and had plenty of space and things to do.

Lauren is one of the most communicative Airbnb hosts I’ve ever experienced. There was a big snow storm forecasted the weekend we stayed at her house and not only did she extend checkout for our safety but she was in touch about when the plow was coming and responded instantly to any of our questions. Her house was so comfortable and well taken care of, my family and I hope to be back for another ski weekend soon.

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

Tom was the best host so far. His beautiful house was perfect for summer or winter. We felt perfectly at home as soon as we arrived. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house.

This is a stunning property ideal for a large group. We only wound up with nine guests for our daughter's graduation weekend, but would have been comfortable with quite a few more given how many beds and bathrooms there are. We wished we could've stayed more than two nights to enjoy the many games and accoutrements. We love the New London area (don't miss Blue Loon Bakery!) and hope we get to return someday. Sean was lightning-quick to respond to our few inquiries and eager to be helpful. Great hosts and a great property!

I did my proposal to my fiancée at Shannon’s cottage, and it was wonderful! This cottage is perfect for those who want to get away from everything! It’s quiet, cozy and perfect for workaholics that need to calm down. We had such a wonderful stay, the clawfoot tub is wonderful. There wasn’t a single instruction that wasn’t given

We thoroughly enjoyed gathering our family (for the 2nd time) at this private, spacious and cozy cabin, well supplied for anyone's needs/wants (as detailed in information supplied by our gracious hosts) with beautiful lake views. And it was immaculate!! Enjoyed the fishing and the loons! We'll be back!

Beautiful view of the lake. Cool little town with the necessary spots within a few minutes. The unit was very clean and check in and out was simple and easy. I will stay again!

We had a wonderful time at the lake! Very comfortable condo that was well-stocked with amenities. Beach towels and pool noodles provided, along with lots of games, and 3 tvs and comfy throws and bedding. We loved the lake access — made many special memories in the Lakes Region!

Sandra's AirBnB at the Ice House Creamery is a wonderful stay. The decor is a rustic millenial grey with a Squam Lake vibe. Plenty of space. Easy entry and exit to get to Holderness, Ashland, Meredith, Weirs Beach, Laconia etc. Hiking trails are around the corner (go to the Rattlesnake hike but bring plenty of bug spray.). The Science Center is really excellent as well. Kudos to Sandra for responding to a major flooding issue within minutes (a heavy downpour caused flooding in the master bedroom) and was rectified quickly. We visited just as the Creamery opened which has excellent options. A couple notes for visitors: 1) Cell Service is not existent in many areas but the WiFi is solid at the AirBnB. 2) If the Creamery is open, you will experience visitors in and out of shop which is directly connected so don't expect full privacy. There are neighbors upstairs as well and the private beach across the street is "private"~ish but there was an aggressive dog off-leash. Would recommend.

This place was amazing and super comfortable, woke up to a beautiful view of the frozen lake and watching the Ice fisherman. Downtown Bristol was lovely Antique shop was my favorite. If your looking for great food BHOP family restaurant was awesome and so was the staff very welcoming. I look forward to coming back in the summer

I booked this condo for my 70+ yo mother and her friend, two lovely seniors who do not know how modern things work and STILL their stay was easy and seamless from start to finish. Mom has had both knees replaced and can often struggle with stairs, she found the flight of stairs very easy to climb with a mid-flight landing, railings, and carpeting making her comfortable. Although I did not get to stay myself I'd highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. We have even talked about booking again for next year (or one of the bigger Quechee locations so I can come!). Thanks so much for everything, we'll see you next year!
