Noel was an incredibly gracious and friendly host, providing us with everything we needed for a great stay in her apartment. The apartment itself is so cozy; we particularly enjoyed the library room and exploring the hundreds of titles Noel keeps there. I would recommend Noel’s apartment to anyone that is making a trip to New Haven.

Excellent location to relax and enjoy nature. Easy walk to the beach and Silver Sands State Park. It's a very pleasant walk all the way down to the Walnut Beach area (1.5 miles) for coffee in the morning and ice cream in the evenings. The studio apartment was spotless. Host provided everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay and even provided a few snacks. It's a small place, but perfect for two people to stay while exploring the area.

Semir's lovely home, located in a coastal Milford community with easy access to Yale University, exceeded expectations and was perfect for our family. The ocean views from the home's top floor and proximity to the beach were priceless; the neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and many extras that added to our visit, such as a flower vase. After discovering the vase, we purchased fresh flowers during a trip to town and placed them in the center of the dining room table, which made our cozy conversations and meals all the more special. Semir was easy to reach, friendly, and accommodating. We will most certainly book again in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the house. The house is beautiful and was extremely clean when we arrived. Luiz kindly left a sled for my kids to use in the yard. There is plenty of outdoor space and the yard has a good deal of privacy. There are two bedrooms and a den/office with a TV. The kitchen has everything we needed. Luiz was very easy to communicate with.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed, accentuated by a floral wallpaper backdrop. A large skylight and a window allow natural light to fill the room. A woven bench sits at the foot of the bed, complemented by a green plant near the window.

Very nice and clean place! Comfortable beds, with lots of natural light, and a nice gym for those that use it. Would definitely recommend! There are not a lot of extra towels and coffee cups, so you may need to do a bit of dishes/laundry depending the number of people and length of stay.

Our stay was great from start to finish! The house had everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and located in a lovely neighborhood just a short drive from downtown New Haven. The hot tub was spectacular—clean, easy to use, and such a relaxing treat. We also really enjoyed hanging out in the cellar, which made for a fun and cozy spot to unwind. The beds were super comfy, there were plenty of towels for everyone, and we especially loved the towel warmer—such a nice touch! Annie was incredibly responsive, helpful, and informative. Annie went above and beyond to make sure our entire group could check in smoothly, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! I will definitely be returning if I find myself in CT again.

The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel serene, yet easily accessible to the best of Southbury and Oxford. As someone originally from the area, I can say the host’s recommendations in the guidebook could not have been more spot on. The host was also highly responsive and incredibly friendly, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. I think this is the 4th time we have stayed at the Blue Bird, and it was wonderful as always. The weather happened to be glorious so we were able to hang out on porch and back patio, which was so nice. Consistently clean and comfortable.

Staying at Shelley's property was like house-sitting for a friend. The house was fully stocked with everything except groceries. I could tell by the decor that she was thinking of her own home when she put it all together. Very beautiful on the inside and out. Judging by the homes nearby, it's obvious that the property was completely rehabbed. It's like an oasis in the desert. As soon as I pulled into the driveway it felt like I was in different place. A lot of time, effort and investment went into this project and it shows Definitely more time-share/ resort than Airbnb. Aside from a concierge at the front door to carry my bags to my room, there wasn't one thing that was missing. Arguably the best Airbnb I've stayed at in the city of New Haven, the state of Connecticut, and possibly even anywhere.

Wonderful parking situation, in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular amenities. Great stunning bathroom and great sized bed rooms. Good distance from the downtown area with access to some pretty great restaurants.

A well-appointed workspace is featured, with a stylish desk and office chair positioned near a large window. Soft lighting is provided by a standing lamp beside a round bar stool. A glass coffee table occupies the center, adding to the room's functionality.

We loved staying in the apt. Right in the heart of Milford. We could walk to the festivals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Great security getting into building. Everyone was available for any assistance. They even had a number you could call after hours for assistance. This is a great place to stay in Milford Ct

While this home was built in the 1920s, it has been well taken care of - it’s full of modern convenience and 1920s charm throughout. We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Retreat and would gladly visit again. It is well stocked with all the essentials you need, plus a few fun additions like the hammock and yard games. The beds are comfy, and the views of the water are so nice. The sunroom and balcony are great spots to enjoy your morning coffee, while the patio is lovely for dinner straight off the grill with your pups. We were also pleased to have a small workstation with a monitor so we could periodically get some work done during our stay. 10/10 recommend!
