Villa vacation rentals in New Hanover County

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Casita! With 3 floors we had plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, yet the main living area also has plenty of space for everyone to gather with a large comfy sectional and dining table for 6. The space is beautiful, well appointed and was sparkling clean. The house is only a few blocks to the beach, a less than 5 minute walk, and close enough to restaurants and shopping yet in a quieter area. It was very convenient to have access to the garage to store our beach gear and bikes. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. The only down side is that you have to bring all your own beach gear and towels, none are provided. And also there are a lot of stairs, we did use the elevator for groceries etc. The check in was easy and communication with the rental service was prompt and friendly. They also offered early/late check in at an extra charge that came in handy. We highly recommend this rental and would love to come back next year!

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!

We had a fantastic time at the house, the beach and the extra treat was the Azelea Festival over the weekend !!!! We will definitely make a future return !!!! Thanks soon much !!!

We loved this villa! It was impeccably clean, you cannot beat the views. It’s a short easy walk to South Beach to see the sunset every night.

We loved our long weekend stay here! The golf carts were great, and the villa is in a convenient location - easy access to the beach and all the island amenities. Would absolutely come stay here again!

This was one of the best trips we have had to CB, beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Will definitely be back, thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in such an amazing home!

My husband and I took a weekend getaway to this house and had an amazing time. The host made the trip even better with how responsive they were and very helpful and kind to us. The views were breaktaking and the house is perfectly located in between Carolina and Kure Beach so going to various places was an ease. We will recommend this home to many friends. We had a great stay at The Sand-Bar for spring break! It’s an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and a nearby lake with a path and playground. The house was clean, comfy, and well-stocked…from the kitchen to the cozy beds. The porches were perfect for relaxing, and the garage games kept both kids and adults entertained. TVs in the bedrooms and an upstairs washer/dryer were nice extras. They do allow pets, so keep that in mind for allergies. Thanks, Going Coastal, we’d definitely come back!

Very responsive. When we had problems with the keurig they responded and brought a new one quickly. Beds were super comfortable. Golf carts were very nice. Great place to stay. Floors needed a little more attention on sweeping from previous tenant is my only complaint.

We loved our stay and the house is wonderful! Its closeness to the beach is ideal. Bald Head Island is pricey but considering that this is very good value .
