Vacation rentals with a patio in New Cairo 3

Tarek was really quick to respond and to helpful when I needed.

It’s was a lovely stayed (4 nights & 5days) .. host are very accommodating, in our arrival Adham literally waited us even though we arrived late (12midnyt)as per the 1 hour delay from our flight, he explained everything inside the apartment! The place is very nice 😊 literally feels like home, bed & pillows are comfortable, bathrooms has a water heater just don’t forget to open it so the next day you’ll enjoy take shower with hot water! Wifi is fast & working very nice! Location is very quiet & easy to booked via “uber or careem” … it was a nice & pleasant stay!

10 out of 10 - I had a really great time staying at Sherif's place. The location is perfect for New Cairo - quiet and safe, with a supermarket within walking distance. The flat is better than in the photos - very comfortable, big and it has everything you need. Sherif was also a real pleasure to deal with - always responsive and very helpful. I would love to stay here again when I return, and I would recommend it to everyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Eman’s place! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed. What truly stood out was Eman’s kindness and hospitality. I had a wonderful experience at Paul’s apartment. From the minute I booked, communication with the host was smooth. The apartment is amazing, very clean with modern decoration. It has a prime location with walking distance to the Lake District, the compound is very secured and have everything you need. Paul and Mario are exceptional hosts, they went above and beyond to make our family stay exceptional with complimentary snacks, water and clean towels. I highly recommend this apartment and will come back for sure.

As usual, he and the whole team with him .. This is the second time I've dealt with them .

Check-in and check-out were super easy and pleasant. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is very well maintained and super cozy. A large pool has made the days very sweet. There is a supermarket and restaurants close by. A few minutes by car you have all the shopping facilities. We are absolutely satisfied and highly recommend it.

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in Nana's house. For the chek in our flight, it is delayed and Mr. Alaa will wait for us with the keys until late at night and I explain everything we need. The apartment is spacious with everything you need for our stay. The kitchen is complete if you want to cook alli. The balcony with open view is a plus (in addition to the distance you can see the Rio Nilo). You also have supermarkets and restaurant nearby. We went with our kids and had a great time. We recommend the apartment, we would definitely come back! Thanks again and best regards!

Great spot. Centrally located. Can get a bit loud with neighbors - not the owner's fault - but earplugs solve that pretty easy. Overall, solid place in one of the best areas in Cairo

I had the pleasure of staying in Aly’s fantastic 3-bedroom apartment in Degla Maadi. The apartment was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern, stylish design. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning – a perfect way to relax and take in the surroundings. The location was also ideal, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. Aly was a wonderful host – very attentive and ensured that everything was perfect during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cairo!
