The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

We loved staying at Hussein’s place. Although it was a tad far from Zamalek it was easy and affordable to Uber. Hussein is an amazing host. Anything we needed we just had to ask and he was quick to respond even when we had to check in very late at night. We had a great time.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Ahmed is an OUTSTANDING HOST. Sharif was of invaluable assistance while we were there. Ahmed took care of all our needs and was flexible when we had to change our plans for a couple of days. he was always just a text or phone call away. He and Sharif are EXCELLENT hosts. i would highly recommend you use them. They were great in scheduling ALL our tours of Cairo, Alexandria and Luxor. They are a class act.

Mohamed is respectful and speaks a little French, he picked me up at night when I arrived, he is courteous and professional, he even ordered my meal for delivery, his team is also very good. Thanks!

The entire team were great. Anytime you need anything they will respond to you very quickly. The apartment is as described and is extremely close to gateway mall. Gate 12 is very close to the apartment but uber can’t enter that gate. However if you choose Royal Pin Bowling Center, uber will be able to enter gate 12 through the mall lane which is just the other side of the road.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice view of the garden, located within a secured compound in a lovely area. It genuinely met the professional standards you'd expect from a reputable serviced apartment company, well done to the team! Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay easy and convenient. As you'd expect in Cairo, the hosts were very welcoming and polite (especially Mr. Hazem), which added a personal touch to the stay. Its location near a vibrant commercial center with nice cafes and restaurants added to the overall experience. I will definitely look forward to staying with this company again next time.

It’s my second visit to the same apartment. If your looking for a modern, spacious, family-friendly, quiet and clean location in a private villa, this will be right place for a short or long stay. The owner is there if you need anything with a quick response, they also have a doorman to help you with luggage and if you need anything.

Mr. Romany whom I dealt with since day one is a great person and responsive at all times, I forgot an item at the apartment so he called me to mention about it. I received the apartment in a very clean condition, clean linen. So thank you for making it up to me :)

I just came back from a vacation i spent in Egypt and I stayed at this nice place for almost a week. My stay experience at this place was lovely. Clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with anything you might need . Location is amazing, close to lots of shopping and entertainment areas. On top of that, it is just a few minutes away from the airport. Special thanks to Youssef (the host) and his family, they live next door and were always available whenever I needed anything . Looking forward to visiting Cairo and staying again at Youssef's apartment!

Beautiful apartment, especially if you end up spending a lot of time on the patio. There's a school nearby, so it's nice to constantly hear kids playing, laughing etc. Just off Road 9, so it's not that loud.

Got well looked after by the host and the place was amazing and very clean and easy self checkin
