The accommodation is located in a nice, quiet area with a small supermarket and some bars within walking distance. Outside the house begins the pedestrian street that leads to the historic center, reachable in a halfhour on foot; the street is characterized by numerous beautiful coves. The location of the house was ideal for us because it was quiet and good as a location. Danijel and his wife are very available for communication, reserved and non-intrusive. The studio is small but has everything you need and is very comfortable and comfortable. Equipped kitchen and bathroom and everything perfectly clean and tidy! Thank you Danijel!

We have really enjoyed our stay! As others have said, Martina was being friendly and helpful. She has provided some very useful information when she met us on the first day. The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach, friendly neighbourhood with supermarkets and bars/restaurants around and easy access to the buses that bring you to central Zadar. It wasn’t an issue for us but the bathroom is a little small which might be worth considering. Overall it was a lovely stay we would highly recommend it!

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place with spectacular view (yes, just like in the pictures)! Also, Maja (our host) was so lovely as she showed us around upon arrival, she helped us out several times with valuable tips and she was there whenever we needed something!

We felt super comfortable and were thrilled. Marko and his wife were so warm and although we could not communicate by language (since we unfortunately could not speak French or Croatian), everything was a great fit. The air conditioning worked super well, was quickly totally pleasant in rooms. Location is great with free parking, it's really worth it! Supermarket just around the corner, so to speak. Marko and his wife have also been very warm to the children. They were shown turtles - this was a definite highlight for the kids. In addition, Marko gave us figs that grew in front of the house and were already a little ripe. We felt very comfortable, give 5 out of 5 stars. We would come back (:

We stayed in the apartment out of season and felt very comfortable. A paradise for families with children (direct location to the beach, swings and co in the garden). Sanda and Vlado were very warm and we felt very welcome. We gladly accepted the offer to show us things on site and got to know so many beautiful corners that we probably would not have seen or experienced otherwise. We will be happy to come back.
