Maison proche plage, vue mer.

Il s’agit de notre maison de famille, construite par mes arrières grand-parents début 1900. Quelques souvenirs de famille, de l’authenticité et le confort moderne vous y attendent. Depuis le jardin il y a une belle vue sur la mer, la plage de Dourveil se situe à proximité. Il y a 3 chambres avec des lits 180x200, vous pourrez faire un feux de cheminée ou faire un barbecue et déjeuner dehors. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture devant l’entrée du jardin.

Le Moulin de Kerangoc : gîte Le Moulin

Situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un ancien moulin, à 10min de l'océan, le gîte comprend une chambre avec salle d'eau, WC séparé et un séjour-cuisine avec cheminée en pierre. Il peut accueillir 2 à 3 personnes. Dans un environnement boisé, vous aurez accès au verger du moulin et à la rivière (le Moros) qui longe la propriété. Au calme, vous pourrez observer de nombreux oiseaux : hérons, piverts, chouettes. Et avec un peu de chance, vous tomberez nez à nez face aux chevreuils.

Maison de vacances entierement renovée en 2022, non-mitoyenne à 300 mètres de la mer à Loctudy dans le pays Bigouden. La maison est idéale pour passer du bon temps entre amis ou en famille. De plus en hiver un poêle scandinave vous réchauffera apres vos longues balades sur la plage des Sables Blancs de Lesconil, accessible à 3 minutes à pied depuis la maison! Le GR 34 passe à 2 min de la maison. Vous pourrez profiter d'internet en haut débit avec La fibre !

On the ground floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with office area and fireplace as well as a bathroom. La maison, située sur une propriété de 1,1 hectares, est située à 1,5km de la plage la plus proche, 2,5km d'une base nautique et village de Baden avec ses commerces, golf et centre d'équitation. L'embarcadère pour l'Ile aux Moines est tout proche et des nouveaux randonnées à pied ou en vélo à proximité.
