The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Auf Wunsch/nach Absprache könnt ihr auch ein leckeres Frühstück bekommen (7€ pro Person). Die Wohnung liegt im EG unseres Einfamilienhauses. Wir wohnen im 1. und 2. Stockwerk. Vacation rentals "Vacation on the Rhine" in Neuwied-Engers (near Koblenz and Andernach) on the romantic Rhine. The three apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house on the Rhine built in 1617. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.
