Convenient location in the city triangle of Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good connection to the A63, A6 and A61. The Vier-Länder-Weg [Four-Country Trail] leads directly past the house. The Jakobs Pilgerweg [St. James Pilgrimage Route] is 3 km away.

The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

You will find our apartment in the idyllic, old Winzerhaus in Wachenheim an der Weinstr., within walking distance of the castle and in the beautiful town center with wine bars and restaurants. Ideal as a starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the Palatinate Forest. Bad Dürkheim and Deidesheim are only a few km away and offer a diverse outdoor, leisure and cultural program.

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

Our vacation home is located far away from noise and hustle and bustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Route. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
