Exceptional place, the photos don't do it justice. Perfect to relax and unwind.

We had a great stay at Juan's apartment. He is definitely a super host, and we appreciated his tips especially for restaurants in walking distance for new years eve. We used both the double bed and the sofa bed (no one ever reviews the sofa bed... can say this one was very comfortable for one adult). Location was great... it was very nice to be out of the hustle of the city centre, and closer to the natural attractions. Many thanks Juan!

Very safe place, I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Super organized the check-in process.

The apartment is located quasi by the lake on the ground floor. The large window front faces the street or the entrance to the apartment building and is mirrored and not visible during the day. It's a few minutes' walk to the center. Everything is easily accessible. The apartment is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is rudimentarily equipped. In the backyard there is safe parking for our motorcycles. We highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is exactly as described, with very efficient and comfortable heating, close to downtown and clean, the bed is super comfortable. Excellent place, Marita was always attentive to our questions and very kind at check-in and check-out.

Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 amazing weeks at Jorge's house. The area is very quiet as it is isolated from the tourist movement of the Villa. Also, being in the high area the temperatures were more pleasant than in the center (which on days of pure sun, gets quite hot). Private access to the lake was one of the important points. The view of the lake from the house is also very good. The area is great for kayaking, there are several beaches in front that were not very visited normally. It is also located on foot very close to some beaches on either side of the peninsula, an important point because if it blows a lot from the west one can cross the other side. For those who like walking in the forest, there is a reserve at the tip of the peninsula, also close on foot. Beautiful place to go and spend some time. The house itself is beautiful and very functional. At night it refreshes but the upstairs bedroom area stays warm with the heat of the day that builds up.

Amazing house on the shore of the lake. Beautiful park and view from the living room of the house. Ancient but solid construction, with all the artifacts working perfectly.

The building is very new and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Two blocks from the main street, is very close to markets/shopping/restaurants and quiet at the same time. The check-in process is easy and Martin was a great and proactive host.

Our stay in Martin's apartment was exceptional. From the time of booking, the communication was quick and very clear (this last thing I want to highlight). The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy. All equipment is top notch and is as shown in the pictures and stated in the description. It is located in a quiet area and a few blocks from Av. San Martin, in the vicinity you can find a supermarket and other shopping venues. The carport is small but you can park without problems on the side street in front of the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests and repeat the experience.

The hosts are definitely the best. Recommended the place is beautiful and quiet to spend time as a family. We loved it and the best thing you have a restaurant nearby and the pizza is very good.

The Mercedes studio is beautiful. The view is unique, opening the windows and seeing the lake and mountains. I even touch a snowy day and the whole white scenery is amazing! Mercedes was super friendly and I helped us with everything we needed. We recommend going by car, the property has space for parking and is the best way to move to both the house and Bariloche. We look forward to returning soon and 100% recommending

The place is unbeatable and so was the host's attention. Easy to get to, same with access. The apartment is just like the photos. Walking you are 3 blocks from the center, which is ideal if you don't feel like taking out the car. I definitely recommend it!
