Vacation rentals with a patio in Neuquén Province

Clean, cozy, spacious and very equipped space. Super well located, I recommend and I would definitely stay again at Apt de Gabriela. Anyway, just compliments, I recommend!

Everything is excellent, just like in the pictures, very well furnished. All the spaces are very comfortable and well organized!! Friendly host and attentive to any questions!! Definitely a reason to return to Villarica!

In the first place, I want to highlight the warmth with which Andrea received us! She was very kind and always attentive to our arrival time (although we arrived very late to the house, she waited for us with the best energy). When we arrived we were not only surprised how nice the apartment was, but the details that Andrea had prepared for us (for example, he left us a carpet and a dish with food for our beloved dog). Afterwards there were all kinds of utensils, toilet paper, napkins, extra blankets that made our stay more pleasant. The whole time the place stayed super warm. The location is incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back🩷🩷🩷

The apartment is functional and modern. Well-equipped and the kitchen very complete. The shower in the bathroom is excellent! It is a few blocks from downtown, ideal for walking. The host was very flexible for check-in and check-out, we maintained constant communication. Highly recommended location. The only thing to note is that in summer it can be hot, it gets the sun a lot of the day and while you can cool the environment naturally by opening the windows, they do not have mosquito nets. It is worth mentioning that there is a standing fan, although it helps, it may not be enough. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is very modern and practically new, it feels relaxing. The fact that it is a studio apartment does not affect the cleanliness at all, especially with regard to the kitchen, the smells were not impregnated. The heated pool is really hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Regarding Andrés, communication was effective, he wrote to me as soon as I made the reservation and then he was willing to give me directions and tips about the place. I would definitely come back 😁

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very new, impeccably clean and tidy. The kitchen is well-equipped and also has basic items such as coffee, oil and salt, which is a great touch. In the bathrooms there was also soap and shampoo, something very practical for short stays. Parking at the door is very convenient, and the location, a few blocks from downtown, is ideal for walking and touring the area. We'll definitely be back.

Gabriela's house is great Everything is new and thought out in detail so that the guest has everything they need. We like to cook a lot and we didn't miss anything. In addition, it has an industrial kitchen/oven that made everything easier. The decor of the house is very warm, with comfortable armchairs and beds. The lighting can go from bright to dim, so you can be calm at night. It has a modern TV with apps to watch movies/series. The weather wasn't very nice, but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool, which is great. We were in it for hours because it was so great. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with a shower that is great and super practical to have next to the pool. Although the house is on Bustillo, you can't hear a soul outside inside the house. At that point it is quieter with less traffic, but it is still close to activities. A 5/10 minute walk to the lake in a very quiet and nice area. Don't hesitate

Juan Pablo’s home is AMAZING!! He has built most beautiful, warm, cozy, modern, light filled house we’ve ever stayed in. One of our top airbnb experiences!! From the heated floors to the modern appliances and green backyard, this place is the perfect refuge after a day exploring the area. Don’t hesitate!

We stopped by this house in Andres and Nieves 2 times. I love it! As in a luxo hotel. Always clean and ideal. Comfortable to live, to cook and to to to rest. Very easy to communicate, check in and check out. My recommendation! Thank you Andres and Nieves!

Paula before during and after was always attentive. Hermosa casita belleo the place highly recommended. We were able to bring our dog and we had no issues. The grill is also very comfortable with chairs available on the back deck. Great

Beautiful accommodation, with an excellent location, very close to downtown but at the same time in a quiet and safe area. Super comfortable beds, excellent shower water. They have everything for a very nice stay! Maximiliano was very attentive, always answered and was there for us. Thank you for everything and we'll be back for sure! Highly recommended!

Honestly, we feel we got so much more than we expected for the price. We were looking for a spacious and comfortable place, and although we originally wanted to stay closer to town, this location turned out to be absolutely perfect! There are beautiful walks right from the house, fantastic restaurants nearby, and you can even walk to Lake Moreno. You really don’t need to go into town unless you want to, as everything you need is close by. Mana was always responsive, kind, and provided great recommendations and lovely conversations. She was never invasive, but always available and ready to help if we needed anything — which made us feel even more at home. We stayed for a week and had enough time to truly experience and appreciate the place. The kitchen was well-equipped, the house was warm and cozy, and the living room was ideal for playing board games and spending quality time as a family. We’ve made some wonderful memories here. Cozy, comfortable place, everything was clean. Easy to access, very close to the highway, but without hearing the noise of the traffic. It has everything you need to rest after a long journey. (We were passing through Senillosa on a road to Bariloche) Highly recommended

Super recommended! The duplex is very well located, a short walk from downtown, supermarkets, and Lake Lácar. Everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to keep it clean thanks to the cleaning products they had left us. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The bathroom has a window that ventilates very well. It was never cold for us at night and the depto. kept warm during the day. The kitchen we stayed a little girl but we were able to cook every day that we ran out of trouble. The refrigerator includes freezer in case they buy ice cream. The neighborhood is calm but if you can see towards other deptos from the windows (the one in the bathroom is polarized and you don't see outwards unless you open it). Camila and the co-hosts are always aware, sending recommendations for places to visit and answering any questions or queries.

Lola received us, I explain everything very well and I was everything according to what was published. The great location for walking in the center, the garage is not roofed but if the complex is closed, the only thing that would have been very useful is a tender because we touched days of rain and we had no where to hang the wet, only that detail. Gabriela's place is very nice, it has everything you need for a warm stay. It is close to the main street, there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food places just around the corner and around the apartment.
