Vacation rentals with a patio in Neuquén Province

The apartment is functional and modern. Well-equipped and the kitchen very complete. The shower in the bathroom is excellent! It is a few blocks from downtown, ideal for walking. The host was very flexible for check-in and check-out, we maintained constant communication. Highly recommended location. The only thing to note is that in summer it can be hot, it gets the sun a lot of the day and while you can cool the environment naturally by opening the windows, they do not have mosquito nets. It is worth mentioning that there is a standing fan, although it helps, it may not be enough. We would definitely come back!

Very well located apartment, clean and quite a space although a slightly small kitchen for those who like to cook like me! Pato She was very reactive and attentive to the caldera problems on my arrival. Half slow Wi-Fi connection to work or video calls but good stay overall!

We had the opportunity to rest and clear our minds in the place, as it was low season there was little circulation in the place in general and that allowed us to have a lot of tranquility. Both the place and the common areas were impeccable and well maintained, as well as the hostess who from the beginning showed a lot of cordiality. We hope to return in the future to learn more about San Martin de los Andes, its people and tourist spaces.

My friend and I stayed here as a stop on our drive from Mendoza to Bariloche. It was a clean spot with secure parking, nice beds, and an excellent shower. I would recommend it!

The place is very nice and modern. It has several stoves, which makes it very warm, and with nice views of the trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, we had coffee and tea for breakfast, as well as oil, sugar and spices. The bed is very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom avoids having to go down stairs at night to go. Recommended!

The place is beautiful, I felt right at home, which was important to stay longer during the bad weather. The wifi was very good, and the views were very nice. He looked very safe. The garage is also very comfortable and easy to park. The host was flexible and enabled us to check in about 3 hours early, which was super helpful for us. I would definitely come back, ideal for couples.

Our stay at Juan Martin's El Maiten 2 was exceptional. From the time of booking, communication was fast and clear. The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy. The equipment is top-notch and is as shown in the photos and as stated in the description. Located in a quiet area and a few blocks from Av. Arrayanes. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and repeat the experience.

Excellent cottage, very well equipped, with a good location, not far from the shops and an excellent view from the garden. I came barbarous as we were without a car. I recommend it!

had a great short stay at Paulo's accommodation. he was very helpful and friendly and we felt very at home, just wished we'd stayed longer. we walked the 35 minutes down into town which was fantastic and enjoyed dinner on the lake. strongly recommend

It is an excellent place to relax and enjoy as a family. You're minutes from town and yet incredibly quiet. It has a good grill for barbecuing. The house in general, impeccable. Good predisposition and attention from Martina!

I lived in a house with my family and a baby in the whole May. The hostess provided a crib and a high chair free of charge. The house is magnificent. Very modern and cozy. The design is tasteful. The kitchen is fully equipped and even more. A spacious bathroom on the second floor. Panoramic Windows overlooking the forest throughout the house! The house is warm in winter. Excellent water pressure, no problem with hot water. Super clean. The workplace in the bedroom is comfortable. The Internet is good. Convenient on-site parking. There is also a campfire area with a bench, chairs and a table. The area around the house is very quiet, surrounded by forest. Two magnificent lakes are 5 minutes away on foot. The hypermarket is 10 minutes away by car. Many thanks to Leila for her help, prompt communication and hospitality. It's just a dream house! Wish to come back someday!

I booked the apartment for 19 days. In using AirBnB's over 10 years in 6 countries, this modern efficiency studio apartment was the best choice I ever made for my needs and interests as a solo-traveling outdoorsman. Mercedes and her co-host Gabriel were super-attentive to my every need, and instantly responsive in a joyful, respectful way. The apartment has strong wifi, an excellent shower, high quality linens, a radiant-heated floor, a really good kitchen area and is convenient to the city center. The bed is firm and comfortable. There's a little bit of daytime human and traffic noise from outside, but just a little bit, and pretty much everything quiets down very nicely at night. There are no barking dogs, wild parties, or other annoying animals. The building and the apartment are both very secure and in a safe location. On-street parking for my rental car also was very safe and convenient. I can only hope that it's available for my next visit to San Martin de Los Andes.

Cozy, comfortable place, everything was clean. Easy to access, very close to the highway, but without hearing the noise of the traffic. It has everything you need to rest after a long journey. (We were passing through Senillosa on a road to Bariloche) Highly recommended

Comfortable and cozy cabin, very clean and tidy, good location, quiet place and close to Bariloche. The cabin has heating, which makes it very comfortable for cold days, in addition to being very nice. We hope to return!

Super recommended! The duplex is very well located, a short walk from downtown, supermarkets, and Lake Lácar. Everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to keep it clean thanks to the cleaning products they had left us. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The bathroom has a window that ventilates very well. It was never cold for us at night and the depto. kept warm during the day. The kitchen we stayed a little girl but we were able to cook every day that we ran out of trouble. The refrigerator includes freezer in case they buy ice cream. The neighborhood is calm but if you can see towards other deptos from the windows (the one in the bathroom is polarized and you don't see outwards unless you open it). Camila and the co-hosts are always aware, sending recommendations for places to visit and answering any questions or queries.

The house is better than in the photos, Claudia was always available and whenever a recommendation was asked, she answered immediately. Comfortable and tranquil Lugar.

I stayed a few days in Natalia's apartment and everything was amazing, the place is just as shown in the photos. Ideal for resting and enjoying San Martin. She was very kind and was available the whole time. I would choose this place again a million times.

Great stop over location out of town - stayed post 7 lakes road trip and before flying out of Bariloche. Close to lake & a few shops around. Clean & good value, would recommend.
