For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

Exclusive modern half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house was completely and extremely modernly restored in 2021 and amounts to about 55 m² of living space plus a gallery. In front of the house is a large courtyard with space for two cars. In the south-facing garden, a terrace with seating furniture invites you to linger. The lovingly furnished half-timbered house is equipped with everything your heart desires. It is located in the middle of the Bergisches Land and thus has a wonderful starting point for hikes or for trips to Cologne or Bonn.

Driescher apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. We have a total of three rooms for five people that you can book. The apartment is within walking distance of the Driescher (farm)yard where there are cows, chickens and goats. Also within walking distance are shops serving everyday needs, as well as public transportation. There is also an ice cream parlor, a café, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as charging stations for electric cars and hiking trails. Enjoy exploring.

Non-smokers only! Two and a half room apartment, wonderfully cool in summer and very warm in winter. Bright and quiet. Own entrance and parking space. Completely refurbished in 2019. Ideal for rest after exhausting hiking, working or fair days. Bonn or Cologne can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by car. For max. 2 people (max. 1 person for long-term rental). Bed in the bedroom 140cmx200cm. Corner sofa in the living room 140cmx200cm. All rooms are darkenable. Fly net in all rooms.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Centrally but quietly located, newly completed apartment, in the heart of Neunkirchen. Free parking is available at the house. Bus station with e-bike rental is only 200 meters away. There are also various restaurants, cafes and an indoor swimming pool with an adjoining fitness center. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The proximity to the Wahnbachtalsperre and the location, surrounded by fields and forests, invites many to hike and go on excursions.

Pure tranquility: Our apartment, newly built in 2018, invites you to a relaxing vacation in the countryside, as well as to quiet evenings after stressful working days. Hiking trails, forests and dams offer wonderful views and excursion destinations. Bonn/Cologne 32 km; shops 7 km Important: Absolutely no smoking; pets are not allowed due to animal allergies. For bookings longer than 7 days, weekly interim cleaning of the apartment will be carried out at a price of €30.

Our feel-good oasis in the forest for nature lovers and people seeking silence. Spending the night at the edge of the forest is an indescribable experience. Our cozily furnished tiny house is the ideal place to relax and for a romantic getaway. Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

You are most welcome in our cozy half-timbered cottage "Refugium im Gitzental" near Siegburg/Cologne/Bonn. In a 10-minute walk through our village, along meadows with cows, alpacas and sheep, you will immerse yourself in the forest with the Wendbach and Wahnbach streams, which flow into the nearby Wahnbach reservoir. For those who want a retreat from everyday life and the usual to unwind. Various shops & restaurants: by car in 5 - 10 minutes.

Spacious wellness oasis in the Bergisches Land

The whole group will feel comfortable in this spacious and special place. The apartment has 220 sqm and is very open and bright. A seven-meter-long pool (not heated!) and the whirlpool are a highlight, along with the sauna! The bar and the large TV, right above the pool, invite you to relax and socialize. Just 100 meters away is a large piece of forest for walking and relaxing. Cologne can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
