Das Haus wurde 2023/2024 nach den neuesten Bauvorschriften im KfW 55 Standard erbaut. Die Wohnungen werden über Wärmepumpen beheizt. Jede Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten bzw. Doppelbett. Wohn-Küche mit Einbauküche, Spülmaschine, Backofen usw. Der Wohnraum ist mit einem großen Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Kostenloses Wlan.

Heede ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten - von Radtouren an der Ems über tolle Restaurants im Ort oder eine Runde Wasserski an unserem großen See...es ist bestimmt etwas passendes dabei! Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen angegeben, allerdings lässt sich die Couch im Wohnzimmer ausziehen sodass ohne Probleme noch ein oder zwei Kinder mitreisen können! Natur hautnah - Ferienwohnung von der Linde

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Papenburg( Meyerwerft) und Leer mit seiner schönen historischen Altstadt. Da immer wieder negativ Bewertungen hinterlassen werden bezüglich des Standortes. Die Unterkunft ist ZWISCHEN Papenburg und Leer. Beide sind ungefähr 12 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden im Dorf. In der Nähe ist das Freizeitpark am Emsdeich, wo man im Sommer prima baden kann. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Eigenen Aufgang.

Obwohl sich das Apartment in meinem Haus befindet, habt Ihr einen eigenen Eingangsbereich .

Moin! Willkommen in Papenburg, dem Venedig Deutschlands. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Anni“ befindet sich im Papenburger Ortsteil Obenende, direkt am Kanal gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Services sind im Umkreis von 1,5km gut erreichbar. Die ca. 50qm große Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2022 errichtet und ist somit technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Fußbodenheizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage).

Heerlijk verblijf in een rustige omgeving. Wel zijn supermarkten en de binnenstad van Papenburg op een afstandje. Afstand is goed te doen, maar voor mij wat onhandig op de fiets. Andreas is een onwijs aardige en gastvrije host! Reageerde daarbij ook snel op vragen. Zal hier zeker nogmaals verblijven als ik in de omgeving ben.

Loved the place for my short stay there. Was very clean and lovely apartment with super nice garden. Had a short incident with fire alarm sensor going off in the hallway of the building because battery gone low, but after messaging the hosts they have reached out to me immediately and helped resolve the beeping alarm sensor was making. If would stay there again when back in Papenburg - 100% yes.

Die Unterkunft von Albert war sehr schön. Alles wie beschrieben. Nach einer schönen Radtour erst gegrillt und dann in die Sauna. Was will man mehr. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Albert war immer schnell zu erreichen wenn man fragen hatte. Die Unterkunft ist unserer seits sonst auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Fijn verblijf gehad in deze mooie accommodatie. Heerlijke hottub, netjes schoon en alles was goed geregeld. Het enige wat we gemist hebben was een ovenschaal, maar als dat alles is, dan weet je dat de rest erg goed was ;-) Bedankt!
