We really enjoyed our stay Hagen and Ceylan were very friendly, helpful hosts. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very spacious. I would come back anytime!

A place to forget the stress of the rest of the world. We were warmly welcomed, the accommodation was very high quality and the grounds an absolute dream. There were even farm products to buy. We would love to come back here again and again and wish we would have had more time. In summer, the apartment could get hot, so evening ventilation is necessary.

A virtue born of necessity... We were urgently looking for a place to stay for one night to spend the last night in Poel as a family. As an exception, we were very helped with this wonderful accommodation. We were allowed to arrive much earlier by arrangement and are still very enthusiastic. The pictures do not reflect the quality and attention to detail of the apartment. We now have an excellent option for a relaxing time in the north. Thank you for everything! Particularly noteworthy is the meeting with the neighbors Gaby and Klaus, who lovingly take care of the house and the guests (especially the little ones). Especially with children, you can't get it for any money in the world. Honest, warm, empathetic!

We were very pleased with the apartment. You have privacy, you really don't hear anything from the many neighbors and there is enough space despite the fact that it is only one room. The balcony is perfect for admiring the sunrise directly over the sea. And the surroundings are really beautiful! What we didn't know before: There is no oven, no freezer and no possibility to ventilate. The only window is basically the door to the balcony, which doesn't provide much cooling in the room. Air conditioning would be a dream. At the end of May, however, it was still bearable for us. Overall, a great relaxing vacation and definitely a recommended apartment on the Baltic Sea!

The accommodation offered an all-round successful stay in Rerik. Particularly noteworthy are the proximity to the beach and the sauna, which provided relaxing hours. You immediately felt at home, which made the stay very pleasant. All in all, a recommendable experience!

Sylvia's accommodation has a great location, you are within 20-30 minutes, in Schwerin or Wismar and in an hour in Rostock/Warnemünde. It is very quiet. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is very nicely equipped/furnished. Sylvia is super friendly and was always available to us. Would definitely recommend it. :)

Hubert and Ursula's apartment is very nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. It has everything you need. The surrounding area is particularly beautiful. There are great paths along the lake, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance and it is nice and quiet in the area. In the garden, everything that is there can be used, it is also very nice for children! We felt very comfortable.

Probably the most beautiful and cleanest Airbnb apartment we've visited so far...and there were many. The amenities are comprehensive and of very high quality. All rooms are generously sized and modernly furnished. The location is ideal, but at the same time quiet. There is even a hotel restaurant right next door. The paths to the parking space are very short, which should be of particular interest to older audiences. We will certainly not have visited the apartment for the last time.:)

It was a great family stay for the four of us. The garden was fantastically beautiful. For the children there were cats, quails, chickens and sheep to watch. The host family was also very nice. Inis, the hostess, even gave us a glimpse into her scriptorium. We felt very comfortable here. We would have liked to sit outside longer in the evening, but the mosquitoes were all over us. By car we came to our planned daily destinations. There are many beautiful swimming lakes in the area. In Baumgarten itself, there is an ice cream parlor that offers delicious handmade ice cream on Saturdays and Sundays. But if you ask the young family nicely, you can also get a pack of ice cream on the other days.

Christoph and Marcus have really lifted a treasure and it is exciting to experience how an old historic estate is awakened from its slumber and filled with new life again. So much enthusiasm, energy and attention to detail are something very special in these taste-standardized times... Thank you very much for the insights and the personal tour of the house! And so our apartment was also wonderfully and stylishly furnished and designed. From the French bed to the special tiles in the bathroom, from the fabrics of the curtains to the dishes - everything selected and unique. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the tranquility you find there and the incredibly cozy bed ... We wish you many enthusiastic guests and good luck in realizing your many great ideas for the future of this home. We will be happy to come back !

My girlfriend and I had a really relaxing stay. The apartment has a beautiful view (just as advertised in the pictures) and is tastefully and cozily furnished. Everything you need for a short trip is available. The location is quiet and you can enjoy the Baltic Sea flair nicely. The only downside was the fact that we arrived quite late and almost could not get into the building where the apartment is, as it is already closed at 10 pm. Luckily, someone else was there who had a key.

I was extremely grateful and happy when I arrived in front of the house that I had chosen this accommodation. Beautifully landscaped beds, lawn, own terrace, own carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and above all really quiet. Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They make you feel like you have a real piece of home here. I felt that way too and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, cozy, everything is perfect. Great that you can park the bikes in a shed (with electricity). We used this apartment as a starting point for bike tours. The accommodation is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

May 2025 A very nice, cozy, clean apartment. Everything as described! Everything was available, I lacked nothing. Great proximity to the beach. Also used the bike for a tour to Boltenhagen. Great surroundings, Wismar also very nice, will definitely come back! Kind regards, Andrea

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

I can't say anything bad about this place. Everything was as described and we had some relaxing days. Glad to come back

We spent a few very nice, quiet days in Thies' thatched cottage. Thies welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always very accessible when we had questions. That we could use the great spa area as a couple was our absolute highlight. Thanks so much!

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well appointed. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful time in the captain's decks and were delighted with the premises, the location and the uncomplicated check-in/check-out! The communication with Conny went smoothly and we always received detailed and quick answers to all the questions that came up. Thank you for the great time!
