Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Neuilly-Plaisance

Fantastic place and host. The view is as the pictures show and even better. A/C was great for us Americans in a hot Paris summer. Apartment is stocked with everything you could need and Loic was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Excellent! I was on vacation 8000km from home and alone… I had a very good feeling that was confirmed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is safe. 6 mins walk to tram. Bakeries, supermarkets and others nearby. The fan saved my life with the heat in Paris, but it was nice in the apartment without a fan. Bed very comfortable. Great welcome, thanks for everything! ❤️

Had a super stay in Victor's apartment. In a nice and central place in Paris. We visited friends who live in Montmartre, but also explored other parts of Paris. Victor is a very helpful host and shares all kinds of useful information in advance. Instructions for picking up key and entering apartment also very clear. In addition, Victor is super friendly. We would recommend it to everyone!

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Toni's place. It was a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. Toni was very responsive and gave us perfect instructions for our check-in. We would recommend this apartment.

The Cezanne apartment was lovely - the decor is beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of - highly recommend.

JHouse is a lovely mix of modern comfort in a vintage building. Love the neighborhood and would happily return here. Johnny was very responsive and accommodating.

Accommodation perfectly consistent with the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully fenced courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia info about the place. We recommend it +++

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

We had a lovely time bringing our family to this cozy AirBnb in Paris. There was plenty of space, comfortable room sizes, washer + dryer, and plenty of common space for our group of 10- including a nice outdoor space and secure parking. We would happily book again!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The house has everything the family needs. For example, a dishwasher and coffee machine, a separate big freezer, an oven, etc. There is a conservatory and garden, but we didn't use the garden though. We enjoyed shopping at Carrefour, which is a big supermarket. We went to a lovely bakery shop nearby as well. The nearest transit station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easier to navigate through the Carrefour supermarket to arrive there. It would be excellent to have a manual prepared for using home appliances and for garbage disposal prior to that. However we had a lovely time and it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
