Here, you will live on the farm with horses, cows, dogs, chickens, geese, and the 2 of us :)

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & grill in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.

Cozy in the villa close to the sea

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Meanwhile, we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sandy beach or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
