Located 200m from the aquatic center, and crossing the dunes and the pine forest, 30 minutes walk from the huge beach of Quend-Plage and Fort-Mahon-Plage. The tourist Bay of Somme is 15 minutes by car, as well as the Marquenterre park. On-site trips on foot or by bike (can be rented on site)

Upstairs, the house has 1 bathroom (with bathtub and toilet), 1 master bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, then finally 1 cabin bedroom with bunk beds. Animals are not allowed in our House.

After visiting Disney and Paris, We wanted somewhere we could have a few days relaxing before heading home.This was perfect for that. The house had everything that is needed, short walk to restaurants, shops, patisserie's and only 5 minutes drive to a supermarket. It's only 20 minutes to the shuttle and Mathieu was always contactable and helpful. We have already been looking at when we could return.

We returned to England yesterday following a 3 night stay and WOW what a fantastic stay! The hosts are unbelievably helpful and friendly, with two lovely dogs :) The owners helped my husband set up a French fishing account online which was also very kind. The accommodation was very clean, exactly as shown in pictures, beautiful well kept grounds. The pool was heated and great fun as we was able to use plenty of water toys. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Park Ardres and small town with everything you need. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Great residential location, near bakery for daily baguettes and pastries. Good access for day trips to Le Touquet, aquarium, and coastal walks. Dog friendly location. House is great for preteens with games room, table football, and hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessities including raclette grill. The house was very clean, modern and well maintained. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay a few days and not be in a crowded area. No designated parking space but street parking available. In the evening when residents return home from work, parking nearby becomes difficult. This house is not for folks unable to climb stairs as the bedrooms are on 1st and 2nd floors and steps are small and steep. Communication with host was great. Very responsive and provided clear instructions. There is a nearby vet as well if travelling with pets and need some assistance. There is a walkable local shop for groceries nearby if needed, and a larger supermarket less than 5 min

We had a lovely stay. The house is very inviting, the terrace has great tranquility. We were greeted by the caretaker for the key exchange who was very attentive and available throughout the stay. The beach is 10/15min via the dunes and the idem center on foot. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll definitely be back.
