Drive to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 95-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on Westrügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are looking for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sit in the sun on our farm or in winter turn on the tiled stove and enjoy a tea.

Our romantic cabin can be found in Poggenhof, 2 km from Schaprode, the gate to Hiddensee, quiet and idyllic. The house is 35 m², has a bedroom and a sleeping loft for two. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
