Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Come visit us in our Finnhütte (65 sqm). You will live about 10 minutes /9 km from Wolgast. Take advantage of the large playground next door, the Usedom Bäderbahn to the beaches of Usedom, without traffic jams and long waiting times. Take extensive cycling or hiking tours, kayak tours on the Peene or the Achterwasser. A spacious vacation home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) awaits you.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
