With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
