Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Netphen

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. Size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, hot tub and outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and right behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The place Cobbenrode is not big. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For an extended weekend with friends to relax or even hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we could enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quickly available for questions and could also help remotely. Thank you very much.

We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! The communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect to really unwind. Inside, there is everything you need: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) Garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have great views of the countryside - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect place to unwind and simply relax - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbors and everyday stress.

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend in the house with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

We stayed there for the second time and felt right at home. It was a bit like coming home ☺️ the vacation home is super quiet and we were able to relax all around. The decor is very modern and you always have a great view of nature and the adjacent forest. The private sauna and the infrared cabin are also great! Here and there, there were a few spiders as residents in the house, which, however, cannot be avoided due to the proximity to nature. We were a little worried that we would have to pay extra for electricity (this was not the case during the first visit), because if you have a consumption above an unknown average value, you have to pay extra separately. But that wasn't the case with us. Otherwise, the contact with the hosts and especially the host Mira is always very friendly and you get a very quick answer to every question. We were even greeted with regional gifts ☺️ we would definitely come back!

On a whim, the three of us spent 2 days in Manfred's beautifully located house, quiet with amazing views. From there, we could take wonderful excursions in the area. We immediately felt very comfortable, house and property are clean and lovingly cared for. Bathroom very small with shower. Bedroom small and friendly furnished, kitchen offers everything you need (hot water takes a long time..) A kind of winter garden invites you to linger in the evening. Absolutely recommended for people with a love of nature in a beautiful retreat.

The apartment offers everything for a short but also longer stay. Heike is very friendly, helpful and always responsive. You are very quickly in Gießen in the city center and still live very quietly and have a lot of nature right outside the front door. The bus stop is only 1 minute away. The apartment is highly recommended

A very beautiful and well-kept cottage with everything you need – practically furnished and equipped with every comfort. Extra plus: there is a charging station that you can use, which was very convenient for us. The host was super friendly and always quick to respond to questions. The area is quiet and perfect for taking beautiful walks or discovering nearby cities. Highly recommended!

Large, spacious and very nice apartment. Everything is modern and well maintained, with a beautiful garden overlooking a lovely little river. The bed is very comfortable and, in general, the accommodation was clean and tidy. The only detail to improve: a shelf in the kitchen, under the oven, was a little dirty. But other than that, everything else was really in order. It was a bit chilly for me and, unfortunately, the heaters didn't work. But I didn't try to contact the managers, so it's also my fault. Either way, I absolutely recommend this apartment! Super!

As stated in the actual review: a place to feel good with a very friendly landlord who also acts pro actively to make everything as pleasant as possible for his tenants. There is also nothing missing and you will find everything as shown in the description. Also the surroundings of the apartment are very pleasant, nice neighbors, a quiet place and many opportunities to explore the really very nice area.....hiking....cycling etc. Personally, I would definitely come back if needed, I can really only recommend this apartment and I would like to thank you very much for everything.... The communications with Thomas was easy and quick We went for a long weekend in Winterberg to attend a bike festival and competition The appartment is located right next to the ski/bike park so really easy Everything we needed was there - Linens towels and the beds are really comfortable The appartment is within a big building - although probably a lot of rentals it was really quiet and we felt safe The access to the parking is not so direct but it is secure. Be careful it is 2m height max We would definitely stay here again

Great for a short trip and Lisa was always available and very helpful, as we had a car breakdown we had to stay a few hours longer, thanks to Lisa no problem thank you

Beate and Jana's apartment is nicely spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and everything else is available! Jana and Beate are very easy to reach and help with big and small questions. The apartment is in a great location! You can walk to the upper town in 10 minutes and at the same time you can easily leave the city for excursions by car. Recommended place!

Located in a quiet and beautiful residential area, the apartment met expectations, very clean and everything you need. When the weather is nice, you have sun on the terrace almost all day. There is a hotel with a restaurant and bike rental within a 2-minute walk. Behind the hotel, hiking trails start directly into nature, which you should not miss. A bus stop to the city center and an outdoor swimming pool with warm water are also within walking distance. Karl was always available, very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this apartment!

We felt at home with Dorothee and Georg right from the start. The apartment is fully equipped, even wipes and garbage bags were available in abundance. Communication went smoothly from start to finish. Dorothee and Georg are very lovable, not intrusive at all and let us feel as if it were our own home. A spacious and very well furnished apartment with a great view of the Biggesee. The very beautiful surroundings invite you to various outdoor activities, and new views of the lake and the landscape can always be discovered. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful in her communication. An absolute recommendation for a little break!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

I more than liked it, the place was super clean, flawless. Iris is a very pleasant and friendly person just like her husband. We felt very welcome although we do not look like the model boys - neither prejudices nor anything else. Next time I'm in the area, I won't go anywhere else but here. The place was a dream! It was a spacious and bright apartment with great view. Everything was very clean and we had everything you need. The on-site communication was smooth and we felt comfortable from the first second. We were definitely not there for the last time. A clear recommendation.

Check-in was completely straightforward via key safe. The contact with the host was very friendly. Everything was explained superbly. We came into the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. Nothing was really missing in this apartment. You could easily have spent 2 weeks or more here. Everything was super clean. We slept very well in the bed and would love to come back at any time.
