The house is also conveniently located with a short distance to the bus stop, with frequent bus departures that take you to the ferry that goes to Aker Brygge. The house is very spacious, perfect for two families or a small group of friends. If you come in the winter, you can enjoy skiing and skating right outside the house.

Only a short walk away, you will find the forest as well many lovely small beaches in the Oslofjord. You will disoiay140 square meters of the house all to yourself with our own garden, parking and entrance. I have a tenant in a separate apartment in part of the basement, he has his own private entrance and garden and will not affect your stay☺️

Welcome to Solstua Terrasse – a cozy detached house with a large garden and great views of Bunnefjorden and Oslo. Enjoy sunny outdoor areas from morning to evening in a quiet, child-friendly environment. Hellvik beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Nearby you will find Tangen Senter, a skate park and Tusenfryd (20 min by car). The ferry to Oslo city center takes about 23 minutes. We also have a nice cat that lives here and likes to greet guests.
