Condo vacation rentals in Nervi, Genoa

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser herrlichen Wohnung mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer von der Stube und vom Schlafzimmer aus. Ein kleiner Balkon auf der Hausseite ist vorhanden, da dort die Sicht aufs Meer jedoch beschränkt ist, haben wir es vorgezogen, die kurze Treppe hinunter zu gehen und dort die Zeit am wunderbaren Kieselstrand zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir kamen mit dem Zug an beim Bahnhof Nervi und in 15 Minuten zu Fuss auf einem phantastischen Spazierweg dem Meer entlang, erreicht man die Wohnung. Ein kleiner Laden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, in 15 Minuten zu Fuss sind alle grösseren Läden erreichbar oder man kann auch den Bus nehmen. Wir haben Ausflüge mit dem Zug gemacht (Cinque Terre, Genua), alles sehr gut erreichbar. Nervi selber ist sehr schön mit dem grossen Park und nicht so touristisch wie andere Orte an der Küste, da kein Touristenschiff landet.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, sehr zentral. Paola, Lauras Mitarbeiterin, hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt. Kommunikation mit Laura war super einfach, vor, während und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes. Danke viel Mals für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was great! Clean apt, elevator building, a/c, washer in unit. It’s very close to the train, and a very short walk to food and shopa!

Séjour exceptionnel à Nervi chez Monica. Un accueil incroyable et chaleureux. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et idéalement situé dans le centre de Nervi. Commerces à 2min, gare à 5min à pied pour rejoindre Gênes ou les Cinques terres. Monica est très disponible et propose de nombreux conseils. Une vrai hôte ! Que du bonheur et nous reviendrons. Encore merci.

Wir hatten einen erlebnisreichen, sehr aktiven Aufenthalt in Nervi. Zur Ankunft hat uns GianLuca sehr gut schriftlich angeleitet. Von der Tiefgarage gelangt man per Aufzug in die Wohnung, somit keine Schlepperei des Gepäcks. Die Tiefgarage könnte allerdings für SUV-Fahrer zu eng sein, jedoch findet man außerhalb vor allem am Vormittag auch Parkplätze. Die Gegend ist eine relativ ruhige und gute Wohngegend. Vom Appartment sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Quinto al mare). Von dort aus fährt man günstig und schnell nach Genua oder in die Levante, wie z.B. Santa Margherita Ligure/ Portofino. Es empfiehlt sich die Omio-App herunter zu laden, um einfach und unkompliziert die Tickets zu buchen. Wir haben das Auto nicht einmal benutzt! Der unverbaute, weite Blick von der Terrasse über das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang ist das absolute Highlight! Unser Host war die ganze Zeit über bestens erreichbar, hat Tipps für Ziele in der Umgebung sowie Einkaufen gegeben. Ottimo! :)

Ricardo is one of the most helpful and responsive hosts I have ever had. He went way beyond his duties. He picked us up at the train station and returned us to the train station, he carried our bags up and down a really steep narrow staircase to the second floor. During my stay, I fell on the street and hit my head, and if needed, he was willing to go with me to the emergency room, but it was not needed. The fisherman's house facing the water is so peaceful. We could spend hours just sitting and looking at the water. There is a lot to do right in that little suburb of Genova, really good restaurants just literally a few steps away. A very pleasant stay all around. Beds were heavenly, and the big bathroom was huge, while the small one was very small. Pay attention to what he says, that people with mobility problems should not choose this listing. The staircase is very steep and painted black, so you have to be really careful on that. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

Appartamento centrale vicinissimo alla Cattedrale, molto silenzioso ed accogliente. Unico problema se siete alti attenzione al letto sul soppalco....ma una volta "prese le misure" no problem. Il self check in ci lascia sempre un po' tristi non c'è nessuno ad accoglierti e a fornirti consigli utili per il soggiorno....non abbiamo trovato nè mappe della città nè altre informazioni ...così abbiamo lasciato copia della nostra guida cartacea per i prossimi ospiti italiani. Elle ci ha permesso di anticipare il nostro ingresso di un paio d'ore rispetto alle 15. Fate attenzione poi a non spegnere il frigorifero...l'interruttore è insieme a tutti gli altri!

Tout d'abord j'aimerais remercier Giulia et son mari pour l'accueil magnifique et l'aide qu'ils nous ont apporté pour pouvoir laisser notre voiture en toute sécurité dans un parking gratuit. En plus de cette gentillesse ils nous ont laissé du café et des biscuits et d'autres petites courses au cas ou on aurait besoin. L'appartement de Giulia est très propre et très bien situé au centre historique de Gênes ce qui est très pratique pour aller à pied à tous les sites culturels. C'est aussi un quartier très vivant avec multitude de restaurants et bars à proximité. Giulia laisse pas mal de recommandations pour des activités et pour des restaurants qui sont très proches de son appartement. Je vous conseille vivement d'essayer. En fin je recommande à 100% cet appartement.

Super séjour chez Gian Luca ! L'appartement est impeccable et parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et aux petits soins avec les voyageurs ! Dans les rues autour de l'appartement, il ya beaucoup de prostituées. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé ni inquiété mais c'est un paramètre à prendre en compte. Merci encore aux deux hôtes

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

En helt fantastisk lägenhet i hjärtat av Genova. Lägenheten var stor och vacker, och hade allt man behöver och vi är så nöjda med boendet. Det enda vi saknade var AC när det var som varmast, men de flesta fönster gick att öppna så det gick bra att vädra. Vi skulle verkligen rekommendera den här lägenheten och värden och skulle gärna komma tillbaka igen!

Très bon accueil. Environnement typique et calme . La situation de l’appartement au sommet d’un immeuble très ancien exige un minimum de mobilité pour gravir les escaliers qui étaient conçus plus raides qu’aujourd’hui (on y est arrivé malgré nos 70 ans). L’appartement est très cosy et impeccable.

Appartement agréable et très lumineux avec une très jolie vue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et Sabrina nous a gâtés avec sa gentillesse et plein de bonnes choses pour notre petit déjeuner. Le plus est sûrement la place parking, très utile à Gênes ! Sabrina est extrêmement réactive et attentive à nos demandes. Je conseille sans hésiter et on reviendra avec joie.

Le logement est très propre, la piscine est magnifique, attention prévoir de bonnes jambes pour descendre en ville, pas beaucoup de bus et stationnement payant si vous descendez en voiture

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

Un séjour inoubliable à Gênes ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. Le rooftop avec jacuzzi est un véritable bijou, offrant une vue magnifique et un moment de détente incomparable – un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience unique. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la ville, et tout était exactement conforme à la description… voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Je recommande à 100 % ce BnB pour un séjour exceptionnel à Genova.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’environnement est magnifique et on nous a proposé la suite qui était libre au lieu de l’appartement initialement prévu . Très bien équipée et accès direct à la piscine. Au calme et sans vis à vis avec une vue incroyable . Nous recommandons fortement.

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
