Beachfront vacation rentals in Nervi, Genoa

Massimo's apartment is simply BEAUTIFUL! Meanwhile, for the location: beachfront, you go down the flight of stairs from the first floor, turn the corner and you are already on the promenade ready to go down to the beach. And then for the view: the sea framed in two windows of the living room, which can be admired during breakfast or lunch. Wonderful. The apartment is also spacious and functional, equipped with every utility. Two nice bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, a sitting area with a sofa bed. A small welcome for breakfast, high chair, bed rail and camping cot for children. Fully equipped kitchen. Impeccably clean We enjoyed a relaxing stay, both us adults and the children and our dog. Highly recommended for multi-species families!

Mario was great! So responsive and helpful and caring. I have terminal cancer and he was so kind - he even offered to pick us up from the station (only a 15 minute walk!). The place was peaceful with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea where I could relax and watch the boats and fishermen. Lots of room and space. Everything was perfect. Thank you Mario

We stayed one night in this beautiful apartment and were really impressed. The view from the two windows is breathtaking: you can see the sea and all of Camogli, a real spectacle. The apartment was super clean, especially the bathroom and bedroom, and we immediately felt comfortable. The owner was very kind and very helpful. In addition, the second exit of the apartment leads directly to the waterfront, a priceless comfort. Short but really perfect experience!

Good hosting. The accommodation is well located close to the beach and Anna does her best to overcome the difficulties of eating in the evening by providing some groceries and the possibility of ordering dishes from their restaurant. The place is a little paradise before the boats arrive and after 6 p.m.

Overall, a fantastic apartment with a beautiful seaside view. It’s within walking distance of all the amenities in Sori, yet just far enough from the center to offer a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it! Highlights: • The view is even better than in the photos • Close to the town center, yet slightly tucked away for added tranquility • Fully equipped kitchen – cooking here was a real pleasure • Private parking available Note: • The bathroom may feel a bit tight for taller or larger individuals, and the shower is quite narrow. It wasn’t an issue for us, but worth mentioning for awareness.

Luisella's home is a perfect little slice of paradise. It's in a building right on the sea, close to all the action of the Boccadesse. Luisella is very responsive and helpful and the little modern apartment she has created in this stunning historic space is a wonderful vacation spot. It was the perfect spot for our family of three.

The accommodation is great with a kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The bed is comfortable and clean. The view is beautiful over the sea. A private parking space, that's really important in Italy! A small supermarket just a stone's throw away as well as a pastry shop, pizzeria and others... everything is nearby. Upon our arrival at the train station, we were warmly welcomed by Lorenzo's mother Laura. She went specially to the village to get us a fresh, almost still warm focaccia! When we arrived at the house, she gave us another bottle of self-bottled regional white wine. Both were very nice. We've never had such a nice personal arrival on Airbnb! We immediately felt welcome and at home. The house with the wonderful garden and the direct proximity to the sea are simply fantastically beautiful! The apartment was pleasantly heated as it was rather cool outside. You can quickly get to Sori on foot, where there are other shops for groceries etc. in addition to fine restaurants. If you want more, the train station is close and you can easily reach the next places by train. The location is very convenient if you are traveling without a car. Although it often rained during the 4 days of our stay, we enjoyed the time there very much. An oasis of happiness!

Although we booked Casa Sally at quite short notice, everything worked out wonderfully. We were in pleasant contact with Mario during our trip from Hamburg to Genoa, who also gave us valuable tips on excursions & sights during our stay on site. On site we were welcomed by Pietro (Mariarosa's son), who showed us everything worth knowing about the house, which is extremely charming with its Mediterranean style with a breathtaking view of the sea, even if the access to the house requires driving skills, as well as a well-motorized vehicle, but it is always worthwhile, as you live at the top of the mountain in the middle of an olive plantation completely undisturbed. We were also able to enjoy the benefits of the pool & hot tub in a private atmosphere. The only thing we missed in the summer heat was air conditioning, but we were able to remedy it with our own fan. Thank you Mariarosa for the great hospitality.

It was in a great location. Right next to the train station and the path along the water. Beautiful views of the sea from the room and it was also an added bonus that we had a park for the car. Giuliano was very friendly and responsive. It was a great stay.

The stay was nice overall. The location is convenient, close to the port and within walking distance to many places. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — definitely the best part of the apartment. That said, the cleanliness could have been better — some of the dishes weren’t properly cleaned, and the furniture is quite old and worn. Still, if you're looking for a place with a great view and good location, it does the job.

Absolutely amazing spot in Rapollo! Very close to many places worth visiting and great local food spots all within walking distance. We felt comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay!

Small apartment with stunning sea views (see photos). It is very well arranged and nothing is missing, both in the amenities and in the daily products. Giuseppe and Samantha are an extra team: the cleanliness of the premises is remarkable, this apartment is impeccable. And Giuseppe is a generous and friendly host who was very responsive. The apartment has parking, access to a private pool, beautiful terraces and the sea. It is conveniently located for getting to the pretty villages nearby. La dolce vita is guaranteed. Thanks so much to our lovely hosts!

Daniela is a great host! She even took over our restaurant reservations with great recommendations! The view is really priceless. Unfortunately, the swimming pool or the people living there are a little lively, but Daniela can't do anything about that. Facility super well maintained and apartment perfectly equipped! We will be back!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s place! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Roberta was a lovely host — very kind and welcoming. She gave us a few helpful local tips that really made our trip even better. The area is quiet, with the seafront just a short walk away, as well as a large supermarket and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great place! amazing view!

This is an excellently located flat close to the beach in beautiful Camogli. Particularly suitable for guests/families of five people. Nicely sized and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!

We can not believe our luck with this place. I actually thought I was booking in Portofino. I am so glad we didn’t. Bianca’s place was quiet and over the top beautiful. Easy walk (not quite a mile) to Rapallo or Santa Margherita. We did walk to Portofino - about 4 1/2 miles fun but a bustling beach town with lots of high end shops. Bianca’s was a lovely place to relax and We swam right out front . The water is right below the balcony. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Bianca was helpful with recommendations but also let us have our privacy. The perfect spot for us.

We had a great time staying. Rapallo is perfect as low to visit the Cinque Terre and other beautiful villages like Portofino. It went very well with Mirabela, highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.
