The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. Being a corner property light fills it from all sides. All guests will be welcomed with a 'basic survival pack'.Toiletries are also provided.Electrical appliances include fridge ,stove,oven, AC,washing machine,TV, WIFI,hairdrier,. All bed linen and towels are provided and on request beach towels. Ideally located to relish the historical old port of Hania and its vibrant atmosphere with many historic buildings and ruins offering a unique experience. Just wander around and discover the old town with its labyrinth of lanes and alleyways. The central bus station is a 10 minute walk away,but taxis are everywhere. Every 3 days linen and towels are changed and the house is cleaned.

Hestia is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Nea Chora, close to the city centre and the Old Harbour and 100 meters away from the beach. The decor is minimal, based on earth colours, giving emphasis to the stone walls, which have been preserved after the renovation of the house in 2017. The bathroom is spacious, connected to the bedroom, the kitchen is separate and there are two courtyards back and front. It is fully equipped with household appliances and offers dedicated internet access.

Single bedroom house in the very center of Chania , within walking distance of every sight of interest in the city. Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone . Local tax of 8€/night included in the price. (Paid everywhere in Greece from 2025)

Stelios Sea View Retire Nea Chora

Our apartment is located just 70m near the beach of nea Chora, with all of the view just in your hands. You can walk 1 minute to get to the tavernas, and 10minute to the chania old harbor. There is also in 70m a bus station, 400m pharmacy and 50m for a mini market. Sea view is a bit blocked due to construction in nearby building!
