An impressive and comfortable home in an enchanting port side village. The spacious house is beautiful both inside and out. Stella, the host, was extremely nice, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily stay in this wonderful house again.

If there were more stars I would give more. Great hosts! Owner stayed awake until 230 am to meet me (i have no idea how far she had to drive after that) Communication: They were easygoing, accommodating, and always replied fast with tips, suggestions and trying to make our stay enjoyable. Bonus: Huge bowl of fruit waiting for us, plus munchies and cold drinks, that was literally what we needed after a crazy trip with toddlers and delayes. I hope to be back at this place sometime, my family had the time of our life splashing around in the pool, enjoying the grounds and just an overall awesome vacation place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rosa in Palaia Epidaurus, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Our time at this charming villa was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of daily life, and we left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with unforgettable memories. The owners of Villa Rosa were warm and welcoming and being available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. The villa's manager, Chris, was also very helpful, offering recommendations on local attractions and activities. Overall, our stay at Villa Rosa was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience in Greece. We can't wait to return!

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

Very nice and comfortable villa for family leaving with all possible amenities to consider. All was very clean at our arrival as well as routine territory/pool cleaning was happening throughout our stay. Nice location with great views over sea and garden as well as close enough to groceries and other essentials. Big territory for relaxing time far from any neighbors. Overall we enjoyed great hospitality of George and Helen and we would definitely consider coming back here again!

Eigenlijk is alles al gezegd in eerdere reviews, maar alles is gewoon echt perfect. Het huis, het uitzicht, het is echt een droomplek. Alles is superschoon en comfortabel. Artur heeft bijzonder veel kennis over de omgeving, en zijn tips en wijn waren meer dan welkom!! Nogmaals dank daarvoor! Artur is meer dan een perfecte host en we hebben genoten. Tot volgende keer! La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

It was perfect vacation!! 10000000 million times better then we expected. Christina and her family are wonderful people ready to help any moment. Villa Christina 3 was even more beautiful then it is on the photos. For sure we'll come back as soon as we can. We told all our friends about these villas and their owners and hope that some of them will also visit Epidavros very soon)) I highly recommend everyone to come to this wonderful place and spend excellent vacation!!

וילה מדהימה, ברמה מאוד גבוהה. מלאה בכל מה שצריך מהמטבח, לחדרי השינה, מקלחות וכו׳. המאחרים היה נפלאים ונתנו מענה במה שהיה צריך. וילה נקיה ומסודרת. מאובזרת לחלוטין. אין שכנים מורגשים, ויש הרבה פרטיות באזור. ממליצים מאוד, אנחנו נחזור לשם בהזדמנות הראשונה.

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

What a magical villa! This was a highlight of our trip to Greece, the villa itself is beautiful and perfect for a family - spacious, modern, clean and the view is incredible. The manager is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

Our host was amazing. The house is beautiful. Our host told us a great restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. Would recommend this place to others.

This was by far one of the top Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Nikolaos was extremely kind and welcoming. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Orange & lemon trees in bloom during our stay in April were heavenly. The scents, the views of Palmidi were something to behold. All of the privacy you could ask for yet 5 min to town for everything. We would definitely come back and recommend to all. The kids loved it. Outdoor movie at night was so fun. The bathroom is spa level perfection. Absolutely stunning. And Nikolaos left us a bountiful gift food basket of local delicacies, wine & more. Wow…. All other hosts should take a tip from this host. Simply the best. Thank you SO much for the memories :)

Beautiful villa with pool and large garden of oranges, grapefruit and olives, which we were allowed to use to prepare the best ever orange juice. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation and much more. It was very clean and well kept. It has an outside kitchen near the pool with dining area and seating place. It is located in a quiet place but only few minutes drive from Napflio. It is actually more beautiful than the photos… Stefanos, the owner, was very helpful, he welcomed us, explaining about the villa and offered recommendations for restaurants. We had great time in the villa and would be happy to return for another vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis' place. the villa was perfectly clean and had all we needed. the pool was lovely, my children loved the diving board, and the privacy was amazing. it's in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with grocery stores in 5-10 minutes walk. Leonidas was also incredibly flexible, he met us at the property even though our arrival time changed to 5am at the last minute! he showed us all around the property and answered our questions quickly whenevre something came up. I'll just note that the pool is deep and there is no fence around it, so it's not suitable for families with small children. נהנו מנופש מצוין אצל פנאגיוטיס. וילה מקסים עם נוף מדהים, בריחה יפה עם קרש צלילה שילדינו אהבו, בכפר קטן ושקט עם חנות מזון ב5-10 דקות הליכה. ליונידס עזר לנו מאד, פגש לנו בוילה אפילו בשעת 5 לפנות בוקר, והגיב במהירות לכל שאלה שלנו. רק תדעו שהבריכה עם מים עמוקים ובךי גדר, אז הוילה לא מתאימה למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la jolie maison de Vasileia et de sa famille, la villa est très bien équipée, il y’a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin! De plus, il y’a des climatisations dans toutes les pièces. L’hôte nous a gentiment accueillis à notre arrivée, elle avait même préparé un lit sécurisé dans une chambre pour notre fils de 3 ans, cela nous a touché! Vasileia nous a toujours répondu rapidement en cas de besoin. Nous sommes très contents du séjour et nous y reviendrons peut-être! Encore un grand merci ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our group of 13. The view was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight! The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the refreshing pool. The property felt private, and check-in and check-out were easy. Although communication with the host was limited weeks before arrival, they were very helpful and friendly once we checked in, with clear directions that made it easier to find the place, as GPS will take you the wrong way. The house was clean, though we noticed a few cigarette buds outside. The kitchen could use some updates and wasn’t as well-equipped as we hoped, but it had the essentials. Groups over 11 should note that two people will need to sleep in the living room, and there’s no large indoor dining area. Overall, the two living rooms, pool table, and outdoor grill made for a fantastic experience, and we had a great week. Highly recommended!

Η οικοδέσποινα, η κυρία Κορίνα μας περίμενε παρόλο που είχε εισιτήρια για παράσταση στην Επίδαυρο! Πολύ γλυκιά κυρία και πολύ εξυπηρετική. Μας άφησε γλυκά και σπιτική μαρμελάδα για το πρωινό. Την επόμενη μέρα όταν διαπιστώσαμε ότι έλειπε κάποιο εξάρτημα από την καφετιέρα του εσπρέσο, έσπευσε να μας την αντικαταστήσει με μία καινούρια. Το σπίτι ήταν γενικά πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και πολλά extra… πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο… Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για Επίδαυρο. Η πισίνα μεγάλη και πολύ χρηστική. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε..

This was our second time staying at Nikoleta’s place in Agia Paraskevi - Nafplio, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house was just as clean, comfortable, and welcoming as we remembered. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Nikoleta had added new beds and upgraded some facilities and appliances since our last visit, making our stay even more comfortable. As always, Nikoleta was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an amazing place for families with access to a large swimming pool and close proximity to the beach and Nafplio. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in Nafplio, we highly recommend Nikoleta’s place - it just keeps getting better! Thank you Nikoleta for another wonderful stay!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα !! Τόσο το εξωτερικό -όσο και το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού- , ήταν προσεγμένα όλα ! Η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και αρκετά μεγάλη για την δεκαμελή μας παρέα . Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια στα υπνοδωμάτια ,απίθανα . Είναι ένα σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο , που μπορεί να σας εξυπηρετήσει κατά τη διαμονή σας εκεί . Τέλος , ο κύριος και η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκαν, καταπληκτικοί και πρόθυμοι καθ’όλα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα , ήταν μια αξέχαστη διαμονή !

Nous recommandons chaudement . Cadre idyllique, maison soignée , jardin et piscine extrêmement agréable . La maison est très bien équipée ( il manque juste micro ondes et lave-linge ). L appartement du dessous n est pas occupé , ce qui laisse toute la villa et la propriété a la disposition totale des locataires. Premier commerce à moins de 10 minutes de voiture et proche de nombreux sites à visiter , idéalement situé pour visiter Mycenes / Nauplie / Corynthe / Épidaure etc … Par ailleurs Evagelos est extrêmement sympathique et très rendant service . La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos et sur l annonce .

Kostas and family were very welcoming and showed us around the villa when we first arrived. This helped us settle in really quickly. They were very thoughtful and had provided us with water and wine as part of their welcome. The house is very well equipped and we had a great stay. Towels and a beach towel was provided for us all together toiletries. The main house was cool and air conditioned which was welcome in the heat. The basement had fans rather than air conditioning. The pool was very clean and a good size, with lots of floats, toys, which was ideal for our family. Highly recommended!
