Nice 2400sf Provencal house surrounded by a 60000sf field with an heated swimming pool and a barbecue space. House in the country side, no neighboors and not overlooked. However, the house is closed to the village (5’ by car), where you’ll find bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants.... The house is 30 minutes away from Hyeres Les Palmiers (beaches and port) and the ferry to go to Porquerolles Island (elected most beautiful beach in Europe a few years ago).

Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible.
