Good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). A high-chair and a baby cot are available upon request.

The house is in a wonderful village, home to the historical park complex. Easily accessible to varna, the beach and close to many historical landmarks. The house is in a traditional style, full of charm and artistic detail. Its a very safe neibourhood where you can feel at one with nature. The large garden has many fruit trees and a covered balcony allows one to sit and relax. Its a very beautiful and special place, unhindered by the modern world.

A modern bathroom features elegant marble tiles and sleek fixtures. A wall-mounted toilet is positioned beside a floating vanity with ample storage. Two large glass-enclosed showers are visible, with natural light streaming in through frosted windows.

We loved our stay at Eva’s studio. It has everything you would need for your stay. The location is more than perfect, walkable distance from the main street and the sea garden. We would love to come back!

This was our second stay at Petya’s place. Once again, she sets a high bar. It’s a stunning place with fantastic amenities in an unbeatable location, near the park and the center street. We could not be happier with our stay! I highly recommend staying here.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

Very nice place! For family is perfect, we all feel very comfortable. Near the city and in the same time forest with singing birds.
