Wren's on Glenelg is the place to stay, so beautiful and peaceful it was very hard to leave ... Perfectly romantic, with lots of hidden gems in Nelson and surrounds to explore... perfect place to stay if you have a boat and want to cruise the tranquility of the Glenelg River, most enjoyable and relaxing time spent.... so worth the money!... waking up and having a coffee outside with the bird life and fresh air was the perfect way to start the day. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect — convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, we made a few mistakes during our stay, including entering the check-in information incorrectly and not sorting the rubbish properly. We also accidentally left behind some clothing, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Despite this, the host was very understanding and even offered to help us resolve the issues. We truly appreciate his patience and support. We strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area — you’ll be in great hands with such a thoughtful and responsible host. Thank you again for everything!

Great location for a relaxing escape. Beautiful, uninterrupted ocean view from front windows exactly as described. No window covering on carport glass sliding door, so if you’re after complete privacy this may be worth knowing. Also the kids room doesn’t have blockout blinds, so early wake ups are likely. Comfy beds. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay as everything was an easy walk or cycle. Great cafes and restaurants an easy walk along the coastal path. We will be back. Thanks Katelyn for offering an affordable coastal getaway.

It had everything you could possibly need—and then some! The attention to detail was exceptional. The high-quality towels and linens were not only luxurious but also smelled divine, adding a lovely touch of comfort and care. As a chef, I was thrilled to find a kitchen that was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease. It was a dream come true for anyone who loves to cook. We were a group of four adults and two energetic eight-year-old kids, and we all thoroughly enjoyed every single day. The gorgeous beach, just a short 15-minute stroll away, was a hit with everyone. A gorgeous house in the heart of Penola. It's spacious for 2 people with modern renovated kitchen and bathroom. The decor was very scandi, with lots of wine region touches. Check in was easy and our host was very communicative, providing a bunch of local recommendations and events. Would highly recommend recommend.
