Especially when Pucon is crowded in cars and people. Bora was hosting us all the time and she was perfect host (labrador retriever). No bad words about this place at all. At first two cameras in common areas of the house was a bit disturbing, but its for safety I guess

Sebastián is a great host, responds quickly and guides you in everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were surprised with amenities upon arrival, such as a box of alfajores, a delicious coffee and an artisanal Entrelagos cake. The apartment was clean, good quality sheets and towels. The condo is very quiet, easy to get to, leave, return. It has a good clubhouse with games, a gym, a gazebo, etc. The pool is spacious, clean and safe. We liked the tranquility, the orderliness of the place, the friendliness of the concierge, etc. It's close to all the entertainment on the volcano.
