Apartment vacation rentals in Nelson City

Karryn’s place was a nice comfortable apartment with convenient parking. The location was close to town but not close enough to walk to. Had it been a warmer season it would have been a great location for a bike ride and bikes were provided. We would recommend Karryn’s place.

Incredible, shockingly beautiful views. WOW. Driveway's a little steep, but the view is so worth it - after once or twice we were experts on the driveway. So, so worth it. In the centre of everything. 10 mins to the airport. Excellent kitchen and just a lovely spot to relax and enjoy. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended

Fantastic place to stay! We had come to do some mountain biking and Silvan Bike Park was just up the road. Gareth was very friendly and had great recommendations of trails. The place was very cosy, with good facilities and the perfect place to unwind. Would highly recommend :)

Love the views and nice house with good amenities but just fyi the location is hard for Uber drivers and taxis to drive up so they will drop you off at the bottom of the hill. As long as you don’t mind a walk for the beautiful views that the Airbnb it’s a perfect place to stay.

Had a lovely stay. Paulina was very welcoming, and the studio was incredibly spacious for a studio, with lovely outdoor seating area looking out onto greenery. 15 mins walk to Nelson centre. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic hosts!! responcive and very easy to contact, when we needed anything they were very wuick to accomodate which made us feel comfortable and like we were right at home!! great location with a lovely private patio. I would highly recommend!

Really nice place to stay, my English work mate said it reminded him of the home he grew up in in the Billericay, England with the style, particularly the living room and kitchen.

This was a very nice place to stay. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in smooth. The space itself was clean, cozy, and felt very private—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also conveniently located close to the main road, making it easy to get to all the key spots around Nelson. Edan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

we had the most perfect stay! the apartment was clean and spacious, very well decorated and equipped. the beds were super comfortable and linen was soft and clean. Jono and Rutu are fabulous and friendly hosts, they made sure we had everything wee needed for a wonderful stay. would highly recommend 👌

It was our second time to stay at Garth’s place. The place is always spotless, tidy , cosy and comfortable. Garth is very approachable, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we head up to Nelson.

Very nice apartment. Was lovely and clean and it felt very welcoming. The heater was on when we arrived and to top it off, there were some treats for us too. Bed was comfy, slept like a log. Communication was easy, Ana responded immediately and was super helpful. Nice to have easy access to the beach as well. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend this place.

Outstanding views of the water from sunrise to sunset. Jenny was very attentive as our host. The loft was very well equipped to meet all our needs.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Marie & Andrew’s place. The spa was very new and had amazing views at night of the stars and also out to the coast. Apartment was very tidy and well equipped, nice comfy bed and they provided some baby items for our 5 month old and were very accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well. The area is very peaceful and private away from the main roads but close to Motueka for shops and restaurants. Marie & Andrew gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area and cafes etc which was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend this apartment. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great stay, unit is beautiful high quality. We were meet with the host who showed us all the facilities and how to access the property etc. The location is nice and quiet and catch 22 cafe which was just out the front of the property was great for bfast, lunch etc. Highly recommend. Thanks again for hosting us.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Such a brilliant base to explore Kaiteriteri and the Abel Tasman. we had a wonderful time. everything you need for kids and a perfect garden to use plus swimming pool. Everything well kitted out, thanks for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Holiday Nelson’s apartment was superb. We were met by Gabriel who was extremely friendly . She very efficiently showed us all that was necessary in regards to where to park , how to access the lovely heated pool and the facilities inside the apartment etc. The apartment was modern with everything you need for a very enjoyable comfortable stay. The outlook and location was great and the locals very friendly. We would definitely stay again if visiting Nelson.
