It is enjoyed in all seasons, with a swimming pool (Dec-Feb) and in winter there is a wood-burning fireplace. Our philosophy is to care for and respect the environment, so parties and events are not allowed and it is a smoke-free space. It's a beautiful neighborhood for walking and at night there's a very nice bar area nearby.
