House vacation rentals in Nelly Bay

We had a beautiful stay here, house was lovely and had everything we needed. Maybe the pool pump outside the main bedroom could have been turned off or on a timer at night. And the neighbours dogs barked a lot during the night but at no fault of the hosts We would stay here again though:)

Everything was great. Good communication, fantastic place for a weekend away with family and friends.

Great location and ideal for large families. Quick walk to the local pub and the beach. Have recommended it to other large families.

Thank you Jasmine for letting us use your house, it’s clean and beautiful . There was enough room and space for everybody. My children loved the pool and the slide. A walking distance to the Coles supermarket…We enjoyed our 2 nights stay, we felt at home. High recommended.

This property is perfect for families with a park right and a large open space next door as well as access to river to feed the turtles at the back of the property. The house has everything you need. It is an older style house with modern bathrooms but it has a charm to it. It is in a quiet peaceful area of Townsville but close enough to everything you would want to do. We will stay again. Michelle is a very accommodating host and happy to help where she is able. You will not regret booking this space.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Melissa was so fantastic to communicate with, and left a beautiful welcome pack, with some delicious goodies. On arrival the house had a beautiful smell and had an instant calming feel. Everything about the home was amazing, especially the bath tub. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Townsville.

A lovely place to stay set amidst tropical gardens with visiting wildlife. Perfect set up with kitchen, laundry facilities and outdoor deck overlooking a garden. A pool for cooling down is a nice addition. Highly recommended for those looking for a tranquil place to stay but close to the main strip of Horseshoe Bay where there are some great food options and a lovely beach, perfect to view sunsets.

Highly recommend. Great location near the beach and the Strand. Great place to retreat and entertain with comfortable lounge area and several bedrooms with high ceilings, mineral pool, grassy backyard and separate dining area. Perfect for what we needed it for.

Such an amazing tiny space, I felt really comfortable here and the scenery was beautiful. Tidy and clean inside with super hot water. I’ll definitely be staying again :)

I have to say Jane has been nothing but amazing I appreciate everything she has done. My son and I move from Sydney and Jane has been extremely accommodating extended how stay. I recommended Jane’s little cottage it’s has everything you need. My son especially loved the chickens.

A whole new space. Very chic, clean and tidy. We had a pleasant night, was able to wash and dry our laundry. It would be nice to have two chairs and a small table to eat reasonably.

From the moment we arrived at Lilac House, we felt right at home. The space was open and inviting. The house had ample amenities and is perfect for an island getaway. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive to messages in the lead up and during our stay Thanks Kylie 🏝

The home was lovely, bright and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay 😊 Great location, close to the strand, coffee shops, and a plethora of activities! Very child/family friendly. One of the selling points for our family was the coffee machine and grinder shown in the listing photos (we are avid coffee drinkers/barista) but we were sadly disappointed when arriving to find a very budget coffee machine in its place. We ended up buying coffee every morning 😬 Room and bedding configuration was great, beds themselves are very squeeky (master and adjoining room) and could do with attention (frames tightened? Screws tightened? Mattress?) Kitchen is very well appointed. With younger kids, we cooked every night and I had everything I needed at my finger tips. Plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls and utensils. Fantastic array of condiments for use (oil, salt, pepper, seasoning etc) Host was very responsive, communicated well and addressed any concerns immediately. Thanks for having us!

We stayed for four days. This apartment is clean, and tidy and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a cherry on top.

This lovely home was very comfortable, clean and in a convenient spot located close to Townsville city and the Strand. The pool was certainly the highlight with children, it provided hours of fun! Matthew was so very helpful, attentive and accommodated us for an early check-in. We will certainly organise to stay at this home again. We loved it!!

Wonderful accommodation for four adults. Plenty of space. Nif kitchen. Quiet, peaceful house and privacy. Very beautiful and harmonious. Highly recommended.

We were 6 friends to go to magnetic island for the weekend and the apartment was great for our stay. Everything was very convenient (kitchen etc.) and it was very comfy. It is well located, picnic bay is very quiet and there is a bus stop next to the apartment to go anywhere else on magnetic island. Susan wasn’t there, however, she was very helpful with her messages prior our arrival and she answered quickly and kindly to our messages as well. To sum it up, a great place to stay at magnetic island!

The location was lovely and quiet with only 1 neighbor who was lovely, the kookaburra's were amazing and a short walk to the beach. The house itself is lovely with all that you could ask for, we highly recommend this stay, thankyou to our host, we will be back.

We would totally recommend this property, lovely vibes as soon as you walk into the spacious living, kitchen area. We loved the kitchen, plenty of room for a couple of cooks. The 3 bathrooms worked a treat, the main ensuite is amazing. We made good use of the lovely shaded pool, perfect for the Townsville summer. We have had a perfect relaxing break, the house was very easy to keep clean and tidy, we will definitely stay again on our next break up North.

Beautifully located at the back of Arcadia amongst the trees. Walking distance to both Alma and Geoffrey Bay, shops and restaurants. It has everything you need kitchen wise as well beach towels.

A fantastic house in a wonderful location. The house is 2 minutes from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants but still feels quiet and secluded. Annie was very welcoming and the house was well equiped and had very thoughtful welcome treats and supplies. Both the outdoor and indoor spaces are well done and helped us feel at home straight away. Overall a superb experience. Highly recommended. We gave it five stars 🤩 🌟
