Really enjoy our stay here! Great location but still nice and quiet, loved the communal kitchen area! Room was cosy and had everything we needed, and Carly and Mark were friendly and quick with responses and any help we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying at the cute villa and I must say it was an great experience. Great host and friendly neighbours too . The villa was clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities.

The cottage is remarkably private and set back off the road. It is rustic, yet chic and is perfectly stocked with absolutely everything required for the perfect getaway! The bush setting was gorgeous and we were greeted by wallabies on our arrival! The communication with our host was prompt, informative, and covered everything from booking ferries to pre-arranging groceries for our arrival. We took our little dog, who was right at home in the cottage and welcomed into most restaurants/cafes on the island. We would highly recommend staying here. Perfect couples and fur-baby retreat!!

Lighthouse was amazing to stay at. Great location and view. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to get onto. It was comfy and clean. A great place to stay.

A great location and very secure with security gates for your motor vehicle-- with 3 separate bedrooms with double beds and ensuites in each it is well suites for 2-/3 couples accommodation who like self contained privacy-- would recommend this accommodation and when next in cairns look to rebook this unit

We had an amazing Xmas at Ponderosa. Highly recommended and surpassed expectations. Felt like home, very quiet, clean and plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Huge bath, comfy lounge and big washing machine was very welcome. Yard was very secure and perfect for our dog, The pool was awesome and well used due to the heat, it was so nice to not have to leave home for a swim. A/C in every room was very appreciated due to the hot summer. Close to bus stop which we used to go into town, bus is frequent and very cheap. So much wildlife nearby, at the park at dusk we saw hundreds of wallabies every night!!! So many bushwalks to choose from and we saw echidnas, black cockatoos, and koalas. Best fish n chip/hamburger takeaway at Horseshoe Nay and best snorkeling trip with Island Time cruises. Excellent place, we will definitely be returning!

The host was great to communicate with. There was a mistake on website booking and they were able to be flexible about it, which we really appreciated. Location is perfect for having a dog as close to the dog beach and for humans being close to a great hiking trial and restruarants.

We had a great stay at Karen’s place. The unit was comfortable with great views towards the city. It was on the site of our old high school back in the 1960’s so that made it very special. Karen’s communication was prompt and efficient. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Townsville. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, with easy access to everything we needed. Our host was responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Townsville!

we stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. this unit was perfect, the location was great for us as it was walking distance to the strand and the casino. Brandi, our host, had excellent communication and responded quickly to any questions, bothe before and during stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Townsville.

The unit was clean and tidy and well positioned for our needs. Denis was super helpful even going out of his way to arrange for a slow cooker to be available for us (we were in town for a 4 day sport carnival with three teenage boys). The boys used the pool as part of their recovery each day. Very happy and would stay there again.
