Quiet comfortable family friendly neighborhood with plenty of space for family and friends. New Photos coming soon. 15 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes from the strip. The master bedroom includes a comfortable King sized bed. 3 other bedrooms have queen beds. The backyard is private and quiet. Amenities include Keurig coffee maker and included pods, new pots and pans, plenty of dishes, towels, fresh sheets and bedding. TV's are in the living room, master bedroom and the loft.

A living room features two comfortable sofas with decorative cushions, positioned around a wooden coffee table. Natural light filters in through a nearby window, and a ceiling fan provides ventilation. A wall-mounted TV is visible, adding to the space's functionality.

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.
