Idyllic small house in the city center

You'll be in your own peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric little house. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The local store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Cozy, well-equipped dry land cottage. Suitable for calming down as well as for overnight accommodation when traveling or even as a base for a Powerpark or KAJ trip. Isokyrö, Härmät, Kauhava, Ylistaro and Vöyri are about 25 km away Kitchen + living room and wood-fired sauna and two bedrooms. Space for more spring mattresses in the loft. Outside, "Villa Greta" is an additional space for a rainy summer day. It is good to note that there is a distance to the grocery store, but the kitchen is functional. You may be surprised at how good the rural landscape is!

Welcome to the charming corner! 🖤🧡 There are 39 squares in the corner. The apartment is located on the street level of an apartment building built in 2022 in the heart of Kokkola. Dedicated entrance directly from the courtyard and a small patio. You'll also have access to a parking spot (in the courtyard, near the front door). The sleeping area has a plush double bed and sleeps on a extendable couch (140cm). Please let us know if you need a sofa bed for reservations for two. ☺️ Check in at 4pm Check out 12pm

Huoneistossa on iso parisänky makuualkovissa ja levitettävä vuodesohva (ei erillistä makuuhuonetta). Saunasta voi ihastella merimaisemaa. Huoneistoon kuuluu tilava lasiterassi, josta pääsee suoraan merenrantaan. Terassilla on sähkögrilli. Keittiö on täydellisesti varusteltu. Ilmainen pysäköinti huoneiston edustalla. Villa Emet

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Hirsimökki 1982, peruskunnostettu 2011, tupakeittiö lisävuode kahdelle, makuuhuone parivuode, kodinhoitohuone/pukuhuone, puulämmitteinen sauna, suihku saunassa, kaksi lasikuistia ja avokuisti. Keittiössä myös puuhella. Väljät tilat pariskunnalle ja parille lapselle. Kohteessa saatavilla lapsille vielä muutama ylimääräinen lisävuode (ilmapatja) ja levitettävä sohva. Mökissä on ilmalämpöpumppu, jossa myös viilennystoiminto.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

For rent a small detached house in Rautio, Kalajoki! Accommodation includes linens and towels. Wood-fired sauna. The house is not new, but everything you need for a short stay can be found. Pets are welcome! NEW!🚲 It is possible to rent a Tunturi electric fatbike for the duration of your stay. The first day is €40 and additional days are €10/day. 2 bicycles are €60 for the first day and additional days are €15/day. Payment by mobilepay or bank transfer. A warm welcome! ❤️

The beach, ski slopes and hiking trails are within walking distance! Pets are also welcome! The apartment has one double bedroom downstairs, a small upstairs bedroom and a hall with a workstation. The living room has a sofa bed that can be spread out. There is room for 4+2 guests.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's.
