The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide if there are more than 4 people. Extra guest house (built in 2016) 15m2 with a double bed that is separable. Large sun terraces for those of you who want to sunbathe. For fishing, a fishing license is required.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Charming cottage with wood-fired sauna, breakfast included!

Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
