Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Impeccable hospitality and communication with the host. Detailed instructions for using the house and all the accessories. The house in great condition from all points of view. Very comfortable beds, sofas, bathroom, and incredible cleanliness. So I go to Thessaloniki I don't play to go to stay anywhere other than Ria!

The apartment was just like the description!!!It had everything inside and because we had a 14-month-old baby they had provided for a high chair and playpen!It was quiet, by the sea and in the center ofNikiti.The view from the balcony is unique!!! Mrs. Mary is willing to help us with anything we asked for and very friendly!They recommended us beaches for the baby and were all super friendly!I highly recommend it and we will definitely choose it in the next visit to the place!

We had a great stay at Dafni's house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden, where turtles visited us, was really great. We enjoyed the tranquility outside the season very much. Communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check-out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Aris and his mom were very welcoming and reassuring throughout our stay, they were available to us, and they advised us on various activities and restaurants and shops. Thanks to them, we didn't need a Michelin guide! This was very much appreciated, knowing that we did not know the country or the region at all. I recommend it, we really didn't want for anything, and the house is beautiful both outside and inside, I appreciated its style and architecture.

Laura and Fivos were great hosts and we were delighted to spend our vacation at their place. Everything match the description and we didn't miss anything during our stay. We were with a infant and the hosts were very responsive and give early checkin/late checkout options. Overall it was very nice stay and we fully recommend the place and the hosts.

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! We had a fantastic stay at this property! The view was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to nearby attractions, which made it super convenient. The private beach just 10 seconds away was such a highlight, with tanning beds reserved just for us and a cozy sitting area near the water for relaxing. We loved having our own table and chairs outside to enjoy meals with that stunning view. The place was very clean and just as described. The host and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, coming by on the third day to change our towels and sheets, which was a nice touch. Parking was great, and the welcome snacks made us feel right at home. There were a few minor inconveniences: the pan and shower handles were broken, we found a baby scorpion and small centipede in the bathroom, and after a rainy night, we didn’t have warm water for a short time. But these were minor compared to how wonderful everything else was. Recommend!

We stayed 10 days in the Apollo apartment and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with a public area. Umbrellas and other beach utensils can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still recommend renting a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very delicious bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We can only recommend a stay, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Good location in a city center, direct bus from airport, with a lot of breakfast/coffee shops nearby Clean brand new apts, with 1.5 bathrooms which is important for 3 persons. Hot water and air all the time, with no issues. Really appreciate an Earlier check which saved a plenty of time for me, thank you! Recommend
