The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

The house is particularly easy to find, and the layout is very clean and welcoming，Ahmed and Nouran is particularly enthusiastic and will reply to my messages in a timely manner. There are also boys who carry our luggage and help us call a car. They are particularly cool, handsome and gentlemanly. I will choose to stay here next time when I travel to Cairo.

Our stay was amazing thanks to our wonderful host Malak. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect—even after we had checked in. She went above and beyond, even installing something my father requested. The house was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. It had a beautiful garden and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our whole family. Her kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made this one of our best Airbnb experiences. I stayed in Villa Arabesque for the second time, and just like the first time they were extremely nice, polite, helpful and service minded. Kind people in the reception and for practical help and room service. Altogether I have stayed a very long time at this place, and all the time feeling welcome and at home. A big recommendation 👍

I recommend it to those who want to stay in the center of Cairo because it is centrally located. We reached everywhere quickly and did not feel any discomfort during the stay. It was clean and convenient. Grocery and grocery store were easy to get to. The first address I would recommend to my friends who are going to Egypt to stay. Since there are places we can't visit on our Egyptian trip, I plan to stay when I go again.

I spent 29 days at this great place, just renovated. Very clean, the furniture quality is good, everything there as described and better. The owner (Amenah) is so helpful, cooperative, and friendly. During our stay, she didn’t hesitate to help in anything and followed with us to the end. For sure will not be the last time for us to deal with her and wish her all the best.

Spacious apartment in a good location. We had some issues with the Wifi but Amira was responsive and rectified it. We also appreciated her for calling an ambulance when a member of my family became very ill.
