apartment location in the best place on Mamaia. Excellent parking space. across the road best beaches and sea in Mamaia. Around the corner great restaurants. The place was as described, it met our expectations. I would recommend adding a few things to the kitchen equipment (salad bowl, pitcher.....) The host was great, always accommodating. thank you

A luxury studio overlooking the sea and the lake at the same time, ultra modern, sexy, located in a newly built block. Check-in is very easy with code or bracelet, you don't even have to take care of the key when you go to the beach. The studio looks great, even better than in the photos on the website. It is located within a 10-15 minutes walking distance to the club area. A very good thing when you don't want to drive. Stefan, the host, is very kind, he communicates easily with him, and he is a jumper every time.

Firstly, the apartment was even better than I expected. It was spotless clean, beds super comfortable, 2 lovely bathrooms, one with a bath which is great for small kids and one with a fabulous rain water shower. The living area and kitchen have everything you need... also spotless cutlery, etc. The balcony is great, 4 really comfortable chairs along with 2 tables and best of all the views, looking down onto an amazing pool with beech views to die for, also right below the apartment is the 2 best restaurants on the promenade. Our host was amazing, alway on call if we needed anything and gave us some great advice in terms of local amenities. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will 100% be back, already looking forward to next time.

Very spacious, clean apartment, very large terrace overlooking the sea. Very close to the beach and terraces! Everything was ok!

It feels expensive, feels luxurious once you step into the apartment, great attention to the details, all necessities that even some hotels are not providing, the view was incredible, you can enjoy the sunrise when looking to the right(sea) from your balcony, and sunset when looking to the left (lake). The host was very polite, friendly and welcoming, like a long distance friend. The mattress was hard, like the good hard, no back pain in the morning. Great pizza at the restaurant from the ground floor, supermarket that works till late, beach 2 min by foot. Can say for sure that we will be back!

For those who know me, my unlucky adventures on the Romanian seaside are not rare. This is the first time I've been well at sea. I slept in a clean, tastefully arranged apartment, comfortable bed, and windows that isolated the noise surprisingly well. I hope it will be available next year.

The studio looks like in the pictures, spacious, furnished and equipped with the necessary for a pleasant stay. It is located close to the beach. We communicated very well with the host, easy check-in and check-out.

The complex is a good concept may domage that there is a busy road next door . The accommodations are comfortable and air-conditioned and our avon appreciates the terrace and the possibility of making griads and staying with the family in the evening! The place is quiet and secure . Caprita our high was always available very pleasant with good advice and responded to our requests with promptness . Our place was very clean , the sheets and pans were changed several times during our stay . Recomandations: review the mattresses because some are too old and uncomfortable ( we were changed one at our request) review the dales of the swimming pool and provide bread grills! In total we had a nice stay thanks to our host Caprita and the staff and we'll be back with pleasure

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mali By the Lake! The apartment is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of the lake from the balcony is simply stunning — it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evenings. The location is ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short distance from the beach and the buzz of Mamaia Nord. It felt like the best of both worlds: nature and serenity on one side, fun and entertainment on the other. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Mali By the Lake to anyone looking for a stylish, serene escape with gorgeous views. We can’t wait to come back!

I spent a week in winter at Emilia's place. Emilia was friendly and always easily accessible. The room is located on the 8th floor, in a building directly on the sea. It was very clean and extensively equipped with cleaning supplies for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the window.
