Hospitality, friendly atmosphere!

The complex is a good concept may domage that there is a busy road next door . The accommodations are comfortable and air-conditioned and our avon appreciates the terrace and the possibility of making griads and staying with the family in the evening! The place is quiet and secure . Caprita our high was always available very pleasant with good advice and responded to our requests with promptness . Our place was very clean , the sheets and pans were changed several times during our stay . Recomandations: review the mattresses because some are too old and uncomfortable ( we were changed one at our request) review the dales of the swimming pool and provide bread grills! In total we had a nice stay thanks to our host Caprita and the staff and we'll be back with pleasure

Very good apartment for a family of three.I stayed a weekend. It was perfect!

We spent 5 days in the apartment, it was very cozy and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet, relaxed environment. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Lovely place, quite close to some good shops in Navodari and a 10-12 minute drive to Navodari beach (the area near the big Lidl), the best beach on the strip. The how’s came beach day to check things were ok and was very helpful

Firstly, the apartment was even better than I expected. It was spotless clean, beds super comfortable, 2 lovely bathrooms, one with a bath which is great for small kids and one with a fabulous rain water shower. The living area and kitchen have everything you need... also spotless cutlery, etc. The balcony is great, 4 really comfortable chairs along with 2 tables and best of all the views, looking down onto an amazing pool with beech views to die for, also right below the apartment is the 2 best restaurants on the promenade. Our host was amazing, alway on call if we needed anything and gave us some great advice in terms of local amenities. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will 100% be back, already looking forward to next time.

We have stayed a week a Adina's place and it was wonderful, the apartment is perfectly located next to the beach and you can hear and see the waves from the balcony. Adina is very friendly and we had a very good communication during our stay.

Very nice place for working, having fun and feel the breeze :) just like a little corner of heaven. We will definitely come back next year. The owner is nice and attentive to details, always available when needed. Thank you!

It feels expensive, feels luxurious once you step into the apartment, great attention to the details, all necessities that even some hotels are not providing, the view was incredible, you can enjoy the sunrise when looking to the right(sea) from your balcony, and sunset when looking to the left (lake). The host was very polite, friendly and welcoming, like a long distance friend. The mattress was hard, like the good hard, no back pain in the morning. Great pizza at the restaurant from the ground floor, supermarket that works till late, beach 2 min by foot. Can say for sure that we will be back!

We stayed 3 nights, it was a location to our taste, sea view, very close to the beach, excellent cleanliness and very good amenities. Spacious location, we really felt comfortable. We want to come back!

We had a very good hosting experience with Dorin, despite it being Easter, Dorin was very supportive during our arrival and answered our questions immediately. Overall, contact with Dorin during our stay was very good, and our questions and concerns were answered promptly and helpfully. The welcome gift was a very kind gesture from Dorin :) We were allowed to check in early and check out later, which was very accommodating of Dorin. The house had everything we needed. The decor and comfort were very nice, the sea view was magnificent, from the living room, kitchen and bedroom you could see the sea and the beach, from the 2nd bedroom you could see the lake view.The free parking place was an advantage. If we travel to Constanta Mamaia again, I would definitely choose Dorin as host and her house again.

This studio was definitely the best one we have had in Romania, we decided to stay in Romania for 3 months and this studio has everything you would need for a long term stay, communication with the Diana and Dragos was amazing they always responded in less than 1 hours and got whatever the issue was sorted by the same day. Location is also amazing, Lidl is only a 5-10 min walk plenty of places to have a drink on the beach and Constanta city is around 25-30min drive same as the train station. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to come back. Thank you so much for everything Diana and Dragos you guys are amazing hosts.

Great Host, communication was smooth and fast right from the start. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything you need at your fingertips. The area is a little crowded because of the construction activities in the neighborhood, but quite at night.

Laura is super nice and friendly, the place is clean and spacious, balcony is huge and the view is amazing!

We had a great experience at this location! The hosts were extremely kind and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to the main attractions and the beach!

We had the opportunity, as we were with some work to solve in the proximity of this accommodation, to see the Black Sea and in winter and it is as beautiful as in season. 🤗 Recommend to stay 10/10

I recommend this apartment to everyone who wants a stay as they would in stories , I could really say luxury . The apartment is 1:1 what can be seen on the pictures, everything is absolutely new, cleanliness is in its place as well. Very close to ‘LIDL’ and the beach. Mihai has the features of an ideal owner ( professional, convincing, serious) .
