Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción en toda la casa, ubicada en una calle peatonal, brindando tranquilidad y privacidad. Su ubicación, facilita una excelente conexión con el centro de Valencia, con servicios de autobuses frecuentes. También es ideal para quienes trabajan en el puerto, ya que permite acceder rápidamente a las instalaciones portuarias.

We have wooden beams, underfloor heating, air conditioning, terrace with view of the domes of the cathedral.
