The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Small contemporary wooden house, with a large stone fireplace, it offers a beautiful double room and a smaller adjoining room separated from the living room by a curtain. Fully heated by a wood burning stove and open fire, it offers a warm and charming atmosphere. A south-facing terrace, partly covered (Belgium obliges), embellishes it all.
