We had a great weekend celebrating the wedding of our son and new daughter-in-law! Their wedding officiant and came to the house for the ceremony which they did right out on the dock. It was a beautiful setting for photos. We loved the house - everything was so clean and comfortable. The porch swing was lovely - a few more good rocking chairs would be great so everything can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the views from the porch. We loved the firepit and the availability of camp chairs to all sit around it. The dining room table was perfect for playing cards and enjoying meals together. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Deavon’s place was a joy to stay at. Anything you needed was already there or close by. It had peaceful scenery and a beautiful backyard patio. Me and my family would definitely stay at Deavon’s place again!

Been staying in rental on Toledo Bend for the past 20 years. Mr. Dolphe's set up was was one of the best thus far. Great location in the mid-lake area, just a few minutes for Toledo Town and several boat launches. Clean, quiet, and secure spot for those towing along their boat for their fishing getaway!

Our weekend at A Frame of Mind in Toledo Bend was truly special. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for. The A-frame was spotless, beautifully decorated, and smelled wonderful. Jade was such a kind and thoughtful host—she reached out with helpful info, including fishing guides and fun spots for the kids. We loved the screened-in porch with its cozy swing and big TV. The backyard was magical—grilling steaks, sitting by the fire, and enjoying the sweet s’mores kit Jade left for us. The cornhole setup under the lights was so much fun, and the mural behind it made for beautiful family photos. We fished for crappie and sun perch right off the back. One of my favorite moments was kayaking through the still water under pecan and pine trees into Toledo Bend—spotting squirrels, bluebirds, woodpeckers, turtles, and even a raccoon across the waterway. Peaceful, quiet, and full of wonder. We can’t wait to return ❤️

We had an extended family/friends trip to Natchitoches and it the Steamboat House was a beautiful historic home in the perfect location. The decor and amenities were professionally executed, with no detail overlooked. The kitchen was properly stocked for my husband to cook us a nice meal, and for another meal we all walked to Front Street. Perfection!

We took a small two night mid weak get away from the normal day life of the Farm and it did the job perfectly. Weather kept us from renting or bringing in a boat. But Boat house is nice with the lift. Would come back here again. Will bring boat and hopefully more time.

This place was fantastic! If you are looking for a stellar place on Toledo Bend, look no further — Beautiful home and furnishings, great layout, peaceful porch overlooking the large water-front backyard and amazing boatdock. We were not here for water activities this time, but our stay absolutely made us want to come back, stay awhile longer and enjoy all of the surroundings. Rylie was super communicative, accommoding all of our needs perfectly. Place was well-stocked and furnished. While on the pricier side of the things we looked at for this trip, Rylie's place was absolutely perfect. I can't imagine a better spot in the mid-lake (Toledo Bend) area. Highly recommended.

David is an outstanding host, and the fishing cabin is on an amazing property that allows for seclusion and privacy if you want to relax when not casting a line. As a host, David often checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and would even sit with us and offer fishing tips, which helped me as a new angler. Overall, Toledo Bend is an outstanding lake with surprisingly low boat traffic and several available guides for both crappie and bass, and I would not hesitate to recommend staying with David at Jack's Anglers Hideaway.

I have stayed at many AirBnbs and VRBos and this condo was hands down the very best! Janice thought of every detail and more! She even made it easy to get in with a cart and a wagon to bring your items into the condo. We loved having the elevator and not having to climb stairs. Our stay was perfect and we certainly want to stay there in the future. That you all for sharing your beautiful place!!

Great little place. We just wanted a place to spend the night after riding trails at Kisatchie. The apartment was immaculate. Brenda communicated well. We got there later than expected and she was wonderfully accommodating. Served our needs well. Highly recommend.
